“In September 22 my A/C failed. The unit was the original from 1999. I immediately contacted Dennis Marlatt. I've used DP Marlatt in the past and trust them implicitly. Dennis came out and gave us the bad news. It was expected and we knew it was time to change our entire system. He didn't charge for the visit and he provided an estimate. The price was fantastic. They come when they say they are coming and charge reasonable prices. “Was on vacation for a few days and returned to find our house was super hot, as our AC decided to quit as well while we were away. Did some quick research online for some local HVAC places, and the first one couldn’t come out until much later that day. Scheduled them, but then called Arctic Fire Heating & Cooling, and said if they could come out sooner, they’d have my business. After a brief wait on the phone, I was scheduled for a few hours later. Alex came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, explained/repaired what was wrong, and had my AC up and running! Very pleased with the response time, price, and overall service! These are my “go to” HVAC guys now!“
“Our water heater leaked on Friday night and Rick Grimley promptly showed up on Saturday to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater. His cost was 30% less than two other companies! Everything works great!“

“Trevor came out on an on call basis on Saturday night to troubleshoot a shared well pump for my place and another resident of the property. He was pleasant, and quickly climbed down into our well pit at night , snakes and all to get us water pressure. In under an hour, he expertly determined the problem and made the repair. As an on call employee, I'm sure he was pulled away from a pleasant evening away from his family to climb into a snake pit so I can shower. 10/10 thank you“
