Stopped by for a manicure and was surprised with the most wonderful experience. First of all- her space is so cute! She hand painted her wall!! She offered the most delicious beverages and was so happy to be there.Naomi is very welcoming. It was such a relief that she didn’t mind my 5 year old. He chilled out in her comfy chair and she even let him watch her while she talked him through her process. She offers a variety of scent options, I chose milk and honey.I appreciated how sanitary the whole process was. If you want to relax and treat yourself to being pampered, Naomi is your girl. I love going to Raquel for massages. I run a martial arts studio and my hips get pretty burnt out and after going to her my hips don't have the usual tightness that I feel! On top of that she specializes in neck massages so if I ever get kinks or a pinched neck she helps me loosen it up all the time! Love it!!
It can be a little hard to get in for a facial but they're excellent and the value is outstanding. Great service and they offer everything that's top shelf if you really want to spend some money to look good.
I took my great granddaughter in for her first haircut and Cheri was wonderful with her. She made it an incredibly special experience.

This was my first time at Anomaly. In the past I've never been particularly comfortable in salons and have procrastinated going for a haircut, but after a year of neglecting my hair, I decided I wanted a big chop to a pixie cut. I booked an appt with Jordin after researching stylists in the area. He was so pleasant to talk with, very interesting, and I felt right at home. I showed him one photo of my hair inspiration, and he got right away what I wanted and wasted no time chopping big amounts of hair off. Jordin was very thoughtful, checking in to make sure I was happy with how the cut was looking and providing advice on how to style it. I am so excited with the results and my hair. Its cute and fun and fits my aesthetic well. The biggest plus is that I'm actually looking forward to going back. Thanks, Jordin!

Laurie has cut my hair for over 50 yrs. She started cutting my hair since I was 17 and since then nobody else has touched it. Honestly I don't know what I would do if she ever retires. She's always in a good mood and always cuts it just how I want it, whether I want to keep it long or cut many inches off of it. She's Never failed me. The only time I had a drastic color change was when I changed it to red and cut alot off of it. She did a perfect and I mean Perfect job on it. I couldn't have been happier with the firey red it turned out to be. She also has great advice for people as far as cuts and color. What helps and what hurts your hair. When you have a hairdresser for as long as I've had Laurie, you learn alot about each other. She knows how my hair grows and curls. I just had the best massage at Gervais with Grace . She is very attuned to it being your time and she does a special massage where it is slower and it feels incredible ! She called it myofacial massage . And I am going to go to her from now on. I have been a loyal customer to Gervais for more than 16 years , so I have had many a good massage ! Massages are my favorite thing to pamper myself with and asked for them as birthday and Christmas gifts !! All their massages are good but Grace was FABULOUS !!

There are some talented barbers in Eugene, I’ve been to probably 20 of them in the past year, the problem is they are great when they aren’t experiencing altered consciousness, making it a mystery if you get the excellent version of them or mystery mode. Not Becky, she’s consistent, great cuts every time, solid skin fades with her high quality blades, relaxing massage and always a cheerful convo. You’ll always look and feel great after a cut with Becky.

After being turned away from a sports clip twice in one day. I called here on a wim, the owner answered and even though I didn't have a appointment he found me a spot between a couple clients. Best cut I've had in years, I always get a 0 to 1 fade with a semi short top to style and man they nailed it! As soon as I came in the door my wife said "That is hands down the best hair cut you have gotten since we have been together!" 10/10

Sometimes dealing with adults with autism can be challenging, but the way the staff (Holly you rock!) handled my son with compassion and patience was exemplary! Shane crushed my beard trim, and Holly tamed the hairy beast my son is. Devin has got a great crew there and I cannot recommend any higher! We have had multiple visits over the past few months, and hit almost all the barbers with consistently great results. ALL the staff are skilled so don't fret trying a different chair.

Great place with friendly staff. BUT there is a $25.00 maintainance fee yet facial bulbs out and not fixed fot 6 to 12 weeks. I would expect the beds to be fully functional. Maybe they could replace bulbs as they go out. Very frustrating.

I was hesitant to come here after reading some less-than-great reviews but I'm so glad I did! I got a very relaxing pedicure from Chi, and the next day Nicole gave me a PERFECT gel manicure, my first one! It's been two weeks and my manicure is still perfect, even after a few shifts back at work bartending. I'm thrilled with it. Nicole was super friendly and informative and did such a fantastic job. I'm glad to have a go-to nail spot in Eugene, finally :)

I had Gina's custom intuitive facial and it was amazing. One of the best I've had, and I have had many over the years. She tailors everything to be just right for your skin, and it includes anything you could want. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep, and I've never been able to say that about a facial before. My skin looks amazing and I'm excited to go back for another facial.
I've had hard gel, fills, and a pedicure with Marilee. I've never done hard gel before and she explained everything. They look amazing and exactly what I wanted. I've had so many compliments on my nails, and the color we picked is just perfect. Her pedicure is on another level, a true spa experience, no rush at all just relaxation.

I go to Holly and absolutely love the work she does. I broke both of my ankles last year and I'm still recuperating and in severe pain. Holly does my nails and she has always been very gentle with me. When she was done sanding and buffing my nails instead of sending me to the back of the spa to wash my nails she brought hot warm towels And wrapped up my hands and cleaned all of the dust off of my fingers herself. I do have to say I have fibromyalgia so my hands are extremely sensitive. She is so gentle. I went to her today, and I almost fell asleep while she worked on my nails. My caregiver/friend sits next to me, and has Ann do her nails. She always has us laughing and smiling while we are there.

Requested style: There are sometimes that I will ask for nail art and they do it so well! I have never had any other nail place do my nails as well as they do. They are so diligent and if you aren’t happy with something, they are more than happy to change it for you! If you want nails they look great and are good quality, Lulu Nail Bar is the place to go.

Jenny was very kind and spent all 8 hours on my hair for the day. I had grown out years of professionally-bleached-balayage hair until I had a full head of black virgin Asian hair. I maintained that for a few years and was ready for something new. I am VERY picky with selecting a stylist that can properly bleach Asian hair, so knowing that Jenny is Asian herself and has posted successful photos of evenly bleached hair on Asian clients gave me optimism. :)
I'll be honest and say that I originally went in thinking I would get a neutral-ashy-brown balayage (especially going from black virgin hair--I thought I had to start slow again). Jenny's technique for applying bleach to virgin black hair was perfection--it took 2 hours of careful sectioning until it looked like I had an alien head. The bleach lifted A LOT lighter than expected (nearly platinum! Can you believe that?! In one session!), so when she toned it, I had beautiful silver balayage hair. I grew out my virgin hair because my previous years of craving silver burnt me out due to multiple stylists not bleaching my hair evenly and toning the wrong shade (one even incorrectly dyed my hair TURQUOISE), and eventually I had damaged short pieces of hair. I told myself, "never again" due to how much trauma my hair had been through, but Jenny managed to get what I HAD WANTED FOR YEARS with one session and maintaining the health of my hair. Absolutely impressed.
My love for silver hair is reborn for now and I'm so happy I have beautiful locks to show off.
I trust Jenny to bleach Asian hair properly and safely.

The first person I saw was Lori and she did a phenomenal job at adding some highlights to my recently darkened hair to add some dimension and shaping. Wonderful technique, and great knowledge. Her availability is limited so I started going to Joe and Joe is AMAZING as well. He knows how to apply highlights in the quickest and efficient way, always picks the perfect toner and is great at listening to needs. I've gotten my haircut and a blowout from him and he is also extremely talented in precision and creating the perfect style. All the staff is professional, kind, welcoming and talented. Highly recommend!

She picks the prefect colors and does beautiful work. She did a very subtle lash enhancement liner, eyebrows and lips on me and everything is very natural and I couldn't be happier! I made the switch to Melted from a chain company. Glad I did! I had my wax appointment with Chloe. She’s fantastic! Chloe uses hard wax which I think is better overall in terms of getting the hair a lot faster and the results are smoother than with soft wax and paper. I had such a nice experience that I went ahead and scheduled my next appointment with Chloe right after I paid.
Other pros: Melted is independently owned and they have a parking lot. It’s easy to get to. Pricing is reasonable. Melted is warm and welcoming.

Nice and private spa area. Was wonderful for a date and the sauna was exactly what we were looking for. Hot tub was a little dirty and I wish the patio surrounding was a bit nicer, but the soak was very decent and we loved the mister function. However, wish the mister stayed on by itself. I would visit this again!
This was my very first time to float. I am claustrophobic, so I was worried. They have a tank for people who do not like small enclosed places. It was absolutely lovely. I was able to completely relax and the pain I have in my knees was gone during my float. I would highly recommend Float Om and will definitely be going back.

I ended up going to Exning for the next three years, and have only been forced to stop going due to moving. Who knew that I would be so lucky to literally go to the most creative, kind, hard working, professional, and TALENTED esthetician you will ever meet.

Could not recommend Don Lewis plumbing enough. They helped us with both of our bathroom remodels, which included shower and bath tub installation, redoing our single sink into two, and toilet installation. Saturday night, we experienced a leaky water heater at our home. We called Kevin Cohen Plumbing, and their 24 hour service responded immediately. Evan asked me to text him a photo of the issue, so he could evaluate, and familiarize what part was required before he showed up. When he arrived, He went up to our attic to trace the lines in the house. . Very impressed by his friendly nature at 10PM on a Saturday, especially after working all day. Called for a bid to install an EV charger. Very prompt return call to my message and they gave me the bid over the phone using Google Street View and asking several questions to clarify the situation. The bid was very reasonable (compared to some others that were nearly twice as much!) and in line with my expectation based upon my own electrical experience. I called them back after getting the other expensive bids to see if maybe they’d misunderstood something in the initial call (though I wasn’t sure how since it’s a very straightforward, simple project). We went over it again and they confirmed the details and that estimated price and said that they just believe in fair pricing and can’t really say why other electricians charge so much more.
While I ultimately ended up not hiring Livewire after discussing the project with a contractor friend and opting to do the work myself to save the money (at the expense of nearly an entire weekend), I will be keeping them in mind for future electrical work based on the very positive experience I had here.

Everyone who worked on this project was extremely respectful of our space. They were not excessively loud, they completely cleaned up after themselves each day, and they were very pleasant and professional when we had questions or just happened to cross paths.
The project manager was conscientious and followed up with us very regularly to check in with our experience, answer questions, and provide updates.
The end product is gorgeous and reflects their high standards of craftsmanship. After using the deck gate for a couple weeks, we realized the latch style was not the right design for our needs. Because the ideal option wasn't on the market, Josh hand welded a custom gate latch to exactly meet our needs.
We will absolutely use Castile Construction for all future projects!

We hired Oregon Log Home Care to remove 24 years of stain on the exterior of our Douglas fir log home, restrain and install energy seal. Long story short - this process took just over 2 weeks and our home never looked better. The communication with Mark,Sheila and Jeff (crew foreman) was exceptional. Each member of the crew paid attention to the smallest details and treated our home as if they were working on their own home. The crew was timely, worked hard under extreme heat and cleaned up at the end of each day. My experience with Roberts Hardwood Floors was great. Brishen worked on two projects for me: an install in my art studio as well as an install and refinishing project in my home. The results of both projects were exceptional. He was able to “match” new flooring with 40 year old existing oak flooring which created a seamless look though out. In the studio, he designed and installed contrasting wood borders that really gave the space some personality. There was good communication throughout the projects.

I called Ed at Oregon Pest Control about a problem of rats nesting inside our hot tub. Ed spent about an hour at my house inspecting everything and advising me in on how to repair and rat-proof our hot tub (the main problem was rotten wood). He also had a look in our basement and gave advice on where mice may have gotten in in the past. And the whole visit was free of charge.I really appreciated Ed's honesty and expertise. Another company I called wanted to charge me for a whole home inspection. I would definitely recommend Ed to any homeowners with pest issues.

We had an irrigation system sprinkler leak at our house we just bought in Eugene. We got slapped with a huge EWEB water bill and knew we needed help. I know Scott M. from disc golfing, and he gave me some great pointers on troubleshooting the problem and told me to call Grassroots and ask for Paul, aka "the sprinkler whisperer." Unlike the other places we had tried earlier, the scheduling team at Grassroots answered right away and got me an appointment. Paul even called and got me in earlier than what was scheduled. Paul diagnosed, fixed, upgraded, set up timers, and walked me through all the ins and outs of my 20 year old system in a few hours' time. He even took time to help us plan for the future and went over some layout options for when we bring our landscape vision to life but never pressured or oversold us. The bill was a fraction of what I was expecting to get charged, and the invoice had a very detailed report of the work done. I attached the Grassroots invoice / report to the EWEB Leak Adjustment form, and to pur surprise, we got an over 50% reduction on our EWEB bill! He also gave a great referral to a dog friendly grass seed company in Portland called Pro Time lawn, which was exactly what we were looking for. The ability of Ed to understand what we wanted was incredible. Nick and Jase totally made everything pop. They took the image we had in our minds and made it real. We have walked around the yard on many occasions just enjoying the beauty, setting in the back yard after dusk enjoying the tranquility of the lights and southing sounds of the fountain.
They did a wonderful job on my very neglected yard. It hasn't looked this good since before the ice storm nearly a year ago!
This man and his small crew are great- incredibly knowledgeable about plants and trees, really flexible for scheduling, and fair prices. He is a grandpa and I consider him an expert on what plants to remove for safety of kids and pets. My family and I love supporting his business because he's so genuine and a great person to have as a consultant. He's really easy to talk to, and doesn't try to take advantage of clients new to these types of services.
I didn’t even know backflow testing was a thing when I bought a home several years back. Aaron is affordable, was easy to set up with that first year, and literally just shows up to do it each summer leaving a tidy (and affordable) invoice on my porch. It couldn’t be less hassle for me. He hasn’t even raised his prices since I started using him. An honest and dependable tradesman.

Brian and his crew did an exceptional job today with the cutting and removal of an apple tree in our backyard. They also ground the stump. The crew left the location clean and spotless. Their price was reasonable and I can’t recommend them enough!

Jorge's Tree Service did a great job trimming a large redwood tree. Jorges answered my call and gave me a fair bid on the day I called. Jorge scheduled the job in 2 days and called in 1 day to ask if he could come a day early which he did. Jorge did a great job and cleaned up like he was never there to start with. I will use Jorge's Tree service again and appreciate his service.

Your team worked superbly. Each member was constantly carrying out his duties as they cleaned up, chipped unwanted logs and branches, set aside requested logs and preserved my lower gardens near the creek. Not one felled branch came down on my porch from the 65ft+ Oregon ash tree next to my porch!
Lance came to our home and performed a substantial trim on our very large magnolia tree. It is probably 35 feet tall. He communicated well in regards to scheduling. He came when he said he'd come, not a minute late and he got busy quick. He did an amazing job at thinning out and trimming the tree. It looked like it was on its last leg because it had so many dead parts and was so overgrown, especially in the understory. It looks renewed and ready for another 40 years of growth. Much appreciated, Lance! It's not always a good experience hiring someone to do work on your property. There are a few bad apples who ruin things for the honest guys. Lance is one of the honest guys.

I hate dentistry and am one of those dentist phobic people you hear about. It takes everything I have not to leap out of the chair. This office has been one of the very best I've been to in terms of taking care of people like me. They understand, they work with me, and communicate well, and don't make me feel like it's all in my head. (It is but it feels very real.) I'm really really glad I found this office and won't ever change dentists again.

I had a rather unpleasent experience at gentle dental and walked out of the office without treatment and got a same day appointment at Oakmont. I was an emotional mess afterwards since it triggered all the anxiety I had for dentists! Even on the phone Oakmont staff was so sweet and caring, compassionate and ambitious to get me help. Going in to my appointment at Oakmont was a WHOLE different experience. Staff was happy and sweet, the office was in great shape and clean. They made me feel comfortable and safe. Took on my tooth filling with such care! I had zero pain was informed about every step. We will for sure move our care to Oakmont. It is out of pocket but I don't want to be saving on the wrong end since I want my teeth to still last me a long time. thank you Oakmont team to win over my trust and give me such a spontaneous appointment and care! Today Melanie was my hygienist, and she was great about telling me what she was doing, giving me a mirror so I could watch, shifting me when I got uncomfortable, and cleaning my teeth. Office staff Carolyn and Nikki are also super helpful. I didn't see Dr. Stokes today since it was a cleaning appointment only, but I'll see her in January.

Dr. Laleh Rezaee is amazing. She and the entire staff are very friendly and professional. She has taken care of my whole family's dental needs for quite a few years. She is an excellent dentist. My son has received excellent care at this office. The amount of time spent with him at each visit is significant. There is a lot of attention to detail and this treatment goes well beyond simple spine manipulation. There are lots of exercises stretching, and muscle stimulation to relieve pain from scoliosis.the impact has been significant and the care has been great. Highly recommend this practitioner.

This whole time I have been avoiding taking him in for his vaccines because I don’t want to get price gouged by a traditional vet. My past experiences with vets I always feel like they’re in it just for the money- they never seem to actually love what they do. I honestly cannot say that about Good Neighbor Vet clinic! These people are truly awesome! They and very knowledgeable and compassionate and have OUTSTANDING customer service. It seems like they actually care about our pets and enjoy helping them. I feel so blessed to have found this clinic. If you’re hesitant to bring your animal here, don’t be because they are great!!! They’re a diamond in the rough :)

Dr. Teri Sue & Madison are absolutely outstanding people! I frantically showed up to their office one morning without an appointment with a very sick pup. Dr. Teri Sue just so happened to be walking by at the time and walked over to my car after I had asked her where the entrance was. She took a look at my pup and fit us in for an urgent exam before the office opened. After taking extremely good care of him, I was sent home with an abundance of things to nurse my pup back to health. One of those things was a prescription, but none of the pharmacies had it in stock so Dr. Teri Sue picked it up from another vet across town and delivered it to my home, next level service. I only met them 3 days ago and they already feel like family. The entire staff at this office have been so kind and thorough during this nightmare with our pup, we're so grateful for them and highly recommend them to everyone!
We recently had Dr. Henery come visit our sweet senior cat whose health was rapidly declining and our previous vet's office was of no help. Dr. Henery and her assistant were wonderful!! She was thorough, compassionate and promptly followed up to check on my cat. I really appreciated how down to earth she was, and most importantly checked all the boxes to make sure our kitty was going to be on the road to recovery.

Best veterinarians for cats in Eugene. We have brought our cats to them for all medical matters since we moved to Eugene. They have provided kind, knowledgeable care for all our cats from the time they were kittens to end of life services.
I was from out of town traveling with my two dogs one of them was not doing well and couldn't use her back leg when I called for an appointment they got me an appointment with Dr Lahm I absolutely loved him he was great with Daisy and she had no problems with him she seemed very comfortable letting him check her he told me what she needed and gave me options never pushing anything that she didn't need like some Vets iv been to. All the staff was very friendly and caring. Thank you for the great experience and excellent care I would highly recommend this VCA for your pets.

This is hands-down my favorite self washing dog place!!! The tubs are just a perfect height for my big dog where it doesn’t hurt my back afterwards and they’re always so welcoming and helpful especially Susan (I could be getting her name wrong) especially since they don’t care how long it takes to do my dog as she has a lot of fur takes forever to dry and at the end of it they have a wide variety of treats, bandannas, colognes to make sure everything is perfect!!
Long time laundromutt user here with an enormous 150lb dog who is terrified of bath time. This place is unmatched in quality of tubs and amenities offered. The staff and owners are always extremely friendly and helpful.
I moved to Corvallis nearly a year ago and have yet to find a self service dog wash that boasts quality tubs that come even Close to The Laundromutt in the entire Corvallis/Salem metro area... needless to say, my dog and I return to this doggy spa to meet our specific needs, even if it's in a different county.

This was our second time boarding our dog with Central Bark and we were once again impressed with the amazingly easy/fast communication, level of care, photos sent, etc. There is honestly nothing we would change. I was happy that I came across this place because it's in a fairly convenient location and they do nail trims during specific walk-in hours on different days throughout the week. I was also super impressed with the way they handled my dog when she was unsure of going in. Her nails have never looked better and I absolutely love the walk-in hours.

We were in town and looking for a hot yoga studio and we found balanced hot yoga. We had a great class and really enjoyed the heat and the flow. We will be back and certainly recommend this yoga studio.
Glow Yoga was wonderful! The space is clean, elegant and the music was amazing. Chelsea (the owner) taught the class I attended and she is one of the best instructors I have had. If you live in Eugene (or are visiting), you cant go wrong taking a class at Glow!
Love it here! It's tucked into a residential neighborhood in I think an old school. Very inviting and calm/warm atmosphere...maybe too warm ;) , wish they had AC for prenatal yoga summer classes but not a deal breaker. :)
I use to be so against the idea of doing hot yoga. Sweating more than I necessarily have to was not an appealing idea for me. However, I recently went to their Sunday morning class not knowing it was in a hot room. Now, I can't stop. I am addicted to hot yoga. I feel like I do two hours of work within a 50 -ish minute class. I typically don't get sore muscles after yoga, accept for after sessions here, the next day I feel as if I just spent hours lifting at the gym. I've been to a couple of sessions now and am looking forward to making their Sunday morning class a part of my regular weekly fitness routine.

I love going to Raquel for massages. I run a martial arts studio and my hips get pretty burnt out and after going to her my hips don't have the usual tightness that I feel! On top of that she specializes in neck massages so if I ever get kinks or a pinched neck she helps me loosen it up all the time! Love it!!

I have seen Keith a number of times over the years for some pretty severe spine problems, torn shoulder tendons, knee replacement surgery recuperation. He and Carrie have saved me from spinal surgery a couple of times! I have been given exercises to do at home, with a print out to help me remember how they went when I got home. He has done manual work as well that works like magic. When dealing with my kind of issues, I know there is not easy or permanent solution, but Keith has kept me together and functional for around 8 years now and I am grateful! Always listens, always thinking and evaluating, always supportive and positive.

My husband has been racked with pain from injuries and exposures while in military service and before. I had a laminectomy and fusion of l-4/l-5 and had bad sciatic pain after the surgery. I tried PT and spinal injections to relieve the sciatic pain. Finally I decided to try acupuncture and I am so happy that I did. Nicole is great. I'm now free of sciatic pain. Thanks!!!!
My experience was truly life altering. We dealt with things that I had buried for years. I feel better than I have in a long time. In the past with acupuncture, I could feel the needles and it was uncomfortable, but not when working with this provider. She has a healing energy that is warm and welcoming.
Terrific massage therapist in a really nice location. Stef works hard to provide the type of massage suited to your needs. Some massage therapists claim to do deep tissue but really don't. Stef does a great job of getting stress out of my muscles with her deep tissue work. I've been a client for at least 17 years.
