Royal Flush, under the old ownership, had replaced the drain field when we purchased our home over 20 years ago. They put it in the lowest point of the property, but the County approved, so as a first time home buyer, I didn’t know any different. Well not surprisingly, it has never worked right. We called Royal Flush at 7:30 in the AM for some standing water/draining problems that we thought could be associated with our septic. They arrived around 9 AM the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem (ended up being a blockage of the mainline - don't believe it when they say 'flushable' wipes!), recommended some options for a more permanent fix and were gone within an hour and everything seems to be working good as new.
I had my tank inspected and pumper a couple of weeks ago. Antonio came early and started the camera work. Adam and Tony were not far behind. These guys were professional, polite and cheerfully honest. I appreciated all aspects of their operation and approach to the job. A new baffle was installed and Antonio climbed down in the tank with all the correct PPE that is required and did the work. I didn't hear one negative thing or complaint as I have with other companies. They scoped the main line and the drain line. A special thanks to Antonio for volunteering to stay behind and fill my hole so I wouldn't have to do it. Thanks guys, great job. Ron
