Best body work I’ve ever had. I’ve been struggling with chronic health and nervous system issues for over a decade. When I left Cris’s session today, I felt more myself than I had in a very long time. He had a gracious presence, made space for me to express anything I needed to, and helped my body ground like it hasn’t in years. Cranial sacral felt something like “biofeedback” but with an intuitive human giving the feedback. So grateful for his gift!

Grateful Cris was recommended to me. He is incredibly warm, welcoming, and takes time to truly understand what it is you're dealing with and how he can help. He was patient as I struggled to get comfortable for part of the treatment, and walked me through my breathing. I have lived with TMJ and tinnitus for years, and after one session I already feel relief. Now that I was not expecting. 10/10.
