I received two Spa Day gift certificates and looked around for a place to use them. The reviews of this place were very positive. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the positive reviews weren't overstated. I've had many massages in my life and Jak's are among the best. He takes time to find out what you need that session and if you have nothing specific, he observes how you hold yourself and determines what your body needs--even what exercises might help. He comes from a nursing background, so he brings a deep understanding of physiology as well as the use of breathing and intention. He creates not only a holistic experience but a partnership in health.
I loved my massage so much. Very relaxing and cozy too. I felt so much better when I was done and did the next few days even. I will for sure be scheduling more appointments in the very near future.
