“Amazing! I was having severe debilitating pain after a neck spasm. I had done chiropractic several times, prescribed muscle relaxers, several massages, stretching, pain meds, prison salt baths-- everything I could think of. Nothing really helped. A friend suggested craniosacral therapy and I found Sacred Roots. I thought it sounded fruity and expensive but thought I'd try it just in case it helped. Pain was reduced from a 9/10 to a 3/10 within 12 hra and i was pain free within 24 hrs. Yay! Additionally the cranio sacral session was relaxing and lovely. Lynn has been helping athletes, professional dancers, and people of all walks of life. I heard about Lynn years ago from a friend who was trained by Lynn in massage therapy. I suffered from a fall, ended up on bed rest, that lead to my falling apart literally, too much time off my feet. Lynn's move back to L.V. was perfect timing.
