I requested for Yelp to contact multiple carpet cleaners to give me an estimate. Ryan responded quickly and with the best estimate of the three local businesses. The job was scheduled within a week, which was great. Mateo arrived a few minutes early this morning and started on time. He was friendly, professional, respectful and polite. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpets in three bedrooms and the hallway. He also cleaned an area rug. I have already referred True Green and Mateo to two neighbors. Very happy with their service. They were able to schedule me within a couple of days. Staff was friendly and courteous. We had had a terrible flea infestation and needed our carpets cleaned. They came out and did a great job. I was surprised at how quickly the carpet was dry. Pet stains and odors GONE! Easy process. Highly recommended.
