Riley was great, Hr quickly identified the issues: the oven element had cracked, so when it heated up, the element would separate and stop the current. (Frustrating that appliances are not made like they used to be! This KitchenAid dual-fuel range is only about 3 years old.)

Riley was on time, efficient at finding the problem with our LG washer, and helpful with letting us know our options with it. We were happy with the service provided and will use them again if needed.Service: Washing machine repair

Amazing service! They were very kind on the phone when we scheduled an appt. They even called is when a sooner appt came up.The technician knew what he was doing, and even helped us explain the situation to our property manager as it wasn't our dryer that was broken but a large lint clog in the wall.Wonderful service start to finish we will be calling again in the future.
