Thank you Dr. Teri Sue Wright and staff for your wonderful care to my 2 dogs and cat! The front office was communicative, thorough, and kind throughout the process of scheduling and paperwork to establish care. The vet techs are gentle, kind and thorough throughout the appt. They were able to accommodate having my two large dogs and cat in 1 appt very smoothly. Even my nervous dog was happy and unbothered during lab work, and my cat warmed up quickly to everyone. I am a big fan of Terri Sue and the folks who work here. They're awesome and know their stuff. I like to call them "reasonably" holistic, by that I mean they try to keep things natural if possible, but they'll treat your animal the best way for the animal regardless if it's holistic or western medicine. If your animal needs pills or surgery or whatever they will get them the proper treatment instead of trying to acting there's a holistic fix. I guess what I'm saying is they are not quacks and really do epitomize the word "balance"!

Dr. Teri Sue and the staff at Balance Vet are AMAZING. They connected instantly with my cat, Hank, and he felt really comfortable and calm with all of them. He's normally a shy guy but he absolutely loves the gals at BVC and it's always a positive experience when we visit the clinic.They take their time making sure he is comfortable and they are great about answering all of my questions. It's a super uplifting and happy environment. They've done a great job of educating me about holistic food and lifestyle - which is really helping Hank live his best life.Hank and I are both so glad we found them ♡
