We had the great opportunity to work with Alex one hell of a guy , was honest and answered all our questions we had and concerns, very pleased with this experience on 9/30/23, my only issue I’ve had with the company is that we had an appointment on 9/20/23 for 2-4pm and no one showed up or even called then this appointment on 9/30/23 came outta the blue, was I upset a little bit yes , but overall they came and did there job so I’m excited to see how well their Efforts will work!! I do recommend orkin just clearer communication would be preferred, but I highly recommend Alex!Service: General pest inspection
Have used this service for about 3 years. Always been happy,but the new guy far exceeded our previous visits from them. More through, faster, and did more with the web sweep. Orkin keep him around and hopefully in our area.
When I say I called a million people to rid of roaches, I did. Orkin was the most professional, most kind and personable that I spoke with. The agent who answered my call Initially was great. The agent who called me back was also, great! They gave me an amazing deal which I really needed after a death in the family made times hard. They knew that and they took care of me like I was their family and i really liked that.
