On recommendation of my realtor, I contracted with this company for drainage and fencing last year. Did solid work installing a sump pump and trench, then building a fence along one side and a portion of the rear of my former property. Pricing and timing was excellent. However, invoicing procedures were extremely lax--I had to pursue them to be billed for the drainage work, then never got billed for the fence until over a year later. I'd so many bills for moving and renovations, I myself neglected to pursue receipt of the fencing bill. Once I did receive that bill over a year later, I was overcharged by almost $300 from the original estimate due to not only the incompetence...read full review
