They were not pushing product and let me make the decision by trying my lashes for a couple of weeks to see if they fit into my lifestyle and not having to change my lifestyle for lashes. I first went to another dry cleaners in Dublin and asked if they could fix a zipper on a bee suit. My hobby is beekeeping. The zipper broke off and it's a must when dealing with thousands of bees. They said they could not do it but highly recommend Sunny's. They added that she was amazing. I made my way there but when my GPS told me I was there, it was no place to be seen. I must have circled the area six times until I saw a woman come out with what looked to be a clothes bag. I walked in and there it was. The woman looked at the suit and I think was fascinated that I kept bees. She told me to wait a minute and within 5 minutes she came back with it fixed! I was amazed! I thought it would take days but she fixed it on the spot. Then took the time to explain what the real issue was. I would highly recommend this place.
I have come here for a few years now!! They always fix what I need right away. Very fast & easy scheduled appointments. You get billed after & it is very clean & I love that is right in Kroger, I don't need to make an extra stop. The reception is always rude/confused. The NP can be rude/short, but she gets the job done. I always have to go back a couple times to get the sickness fixed, but you get what you get in a store. You pay for convenience, not quality.

Shannon did my hair (and Maddie did my makeup - everything here applies to her too!) and it was more than I ever could've imagined. She made me feel absolutely amazing and my hair held up the entire day in the August heat (which it NEVER does). Out of every single thing we did for our wedding plans and decor, we got more comments on my hair than anything else. All of my bridesmaids and both moms felt the same way about their hair and makeup. If you have any family or bridal party members that are feeling anxious about their appearance on the big day, this is definitely the team for you. One family member is typically hard on herself and felt anxious about her hair and makeup, but Shannon and Maddie were both so kind and patient, and once she was all finished and saw herself in the mirror, she got emotional and told everyone that she couldn't believe how beautiful she looked. My bridesmaids later made multiple comments about the wedding makeup being the best and least "cakey" they've ever had in a wedding, how well their hair held up, and more (regardless of which stylist or makeup artist they worked with). I had a stress breakout on my chest the week of my wedding (what a nightmare, right?) and Maddie managed to somehow completely erase it with natural looking makeup that didn't rub off or disappear at all the entire day. Can't recommend the entire team enough.

Lori Blauser gave me the best haircut ever. I stopped in right before Easter with my little grandaughter and needed a little trim. All other stylists didn't want to make the time to fit me in even though I told them they didn't need to wet my hair. My hair is gray and shorter than most men's hair. I'd been so busy watching my grandaughter for her Spring break, Easter had snuck up on me. I know Lori was busy and I was so thankful she made time for me. Her business card reads "Master Stylist" and she most definitely is! She trimmed me up and even took the time to style my hair with some product. I travel a lot and any time I'm in the Columbus area I will only go to Lori. I wish I could pack her in my suitcase and take her everywhere for the perfect cut. She's the best!!!

I found this barber shop for my husband and son when our previous barber is getting knee surgery and needs time to recover. The haircuts they have received from Bruce are excellent!! We have been very pleased with Bruce and this whole shop. I highly recommend this barber shop and Bruce although I have a feeling all the people are just as good that cut hair here.

So glad I found this hidden gem! All the other barber shops surrounding this one was all booked and the staff was rude at other salons EXCEPT for this one! I came in and immediately was greeted. Offered me drinks immediately after check-in and then I had my haircut with Melissa. She is really the best! Very kind, understanding and followed my picture with every detail! Probably one of the only hair stylist that could actually cut hair correctly, and quick! Definitely recommend this salon to everyone. Only thing is that it's a bit pricey, but I don't get haircuts often anyways so it's not a big deal!

Cydney was amazing! I went to her for my first curly cut and she did such a good job. She was extremely personable, hyped me up like she'd known me for years, took time to listen to what my "hair goals" were and took the time to explain everything she was doing so that I understood why and could recreate my amazing results at home. Curly hair can be so intimidating sometimes and she did such a good job of breaking things down to make it so much simpler. Can't recommend her enough!

Came here with my 6 year old daughter today for gel pedicures. We had a nice relaxing time and our pedicures look great and without flaws. Also, this is the most exfoliated my feet have ever gotten from a pedicure. I mean they are soft all around. I am impressed and my feet look and feel so nice ?
I had my first appointment with Steven tonight for a manicure and pedicure. He was fantastic! Very pleasant to speak to, great sense of humor but also maintained professionalism. Side note- he does not rush the massage part which is such a nice change of pace compared to other salons I've tried!!! It was great to see him and the other women there laugh and have such a good time doing what they do. I will definitely be returning!

I visited a lot of lash artists in and around Columbus for many years but Vantalash is my ride or die! The space is modern, cozy, and clean. All the artists here have immaculate precision with isolation and attention to detail is chef's kiss. I am not the best client when it comes to scheduling or maintaining my lashes but each artist here is welcoming and accommodating. They make sure my lashes are healthy and we play around with various looks that compliment my eye shape. I would 10/10 recommend Vantalash for top notch lashes. Not a day goes by without a compliment about my lashes.

I go to Taylor regularly every 3 weeks to have my eyebrows done because no one else can do them right. I found that out the hard way a long time ago. She has even help my daughter when she had an unexpected accident with a razor on one eyebrow. Taylor has become a friend and if I need anything extra cosmetic I just ask, if it's not something she does she will figure it out. I love her services and will continue!!
I have been to 3 different places for my brazilian wax, and none get even close with how amazing Ausha is. I've been going to Ausha for the past 8 years, and I would have never stopped if I stayed here (I'm moving out of state). In these 8 years, there has NEVER been one time where I feel that something is off or that the service is not excellent, and that's so rare! She uses the hard wax, which leaves NO residues on your skin, and other products that make my skin feel and look amazing.
TLDR; If you are looking for a new professional for your waxing needs, you can not go wrong with Ausha and Brazilianology.

I had just purchased a home where the key to the vintage lock was missing. Derek cane out and took it apart carefully and tried his very best to keep the lock but in the end it just wasnt possible. He came back the next day and lut a new lock on. Derek’s work was articulate and detailed and was careful to not destroy or damage anything. He communicated incredibly well all along the way. 10/10 would recommend.
Oh my gosh what a difference in carpet cleaning. Clint vacuumed the carpet, raked the carpet to loosen dirt, sealed the front door and did a thorough job cleaning the carpet. Was so impressed with his work. Give Allsteam a try. You wont be disappointed.

We are new to Ohio. The insurance gave us a long list. The only thing was getting an initial appointment. There was a long wait. After getting a plan of care, things came together. He hadn’t been to a dentist in YEARS!! The cost was presented and appointments were made.
My husband has been to four appointments. There has never been more than a four minute wait to get called back.
The staff is extremely friendly from the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between. They are always concerned on how he feels. They explain everything that is going to happen. I’m happy we found this practice. Next will be my appointment!
Yoko is fantastic. She always does a perfect and friendly job. I decided to go to this dental clinic because of her. The male dental hygienist who was assigned to me was very courteous and did a great job. The receptionist is always friendly and the other staff are very helpful. I would recommend this clinic to others.
By the way, after the check-up, you can receive a toothbrush and toothpaste on your way out. For children, there are also fidgets and glowing rings. The kids really love those.

Dr. Carlson was very pleasant, informative and easy to understand. Had me in and out quickly, with an answer and solution that made sense.
Dr Luca is an excellent dermatologist. Although it may seem that her practice is primarily focused on cosmetic skin care, she is actually very, very knowledgeable in regards to skin cancer and other such maladies. If I am concerned about a spot on my skin, she never belittles me or makes me feel ridiculous. On the contrary, she encourages me, and I’m sure the rest of her clients, to never wait if I have something I consider to be suspicious or abnormal. She is very professional and friendly.
My Greyhound injured her toe back in June and we were referred to Riverside Animal Care. Unfortunately she had to have her toe amputated, but we received the BEST care from all the people we saw during this whole ordeal. They treated her so well and were so loving towards her. They have been calling on a regular basis to check on her. Dr Christine was our doctor and I can’t say enough about her. She’s FANTASTIC!! I definitely recommend Riverside Animal Care ❤️
If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. My dog, Bailey, had to have a tooth extracted and a dental cleaning. I was very nervous and anxious for Bailey to have this done. My previous dog, Jake, had a dental cleaning and passed away two weeks later. He had all the bloodwork done and was healthy. I never got a clear answer as to what happened. I explained all of this to Dr. Beck. She was very understanding and explained everything that was going to happen. I knew that Bailey was in good hands. No matter which tech you get, all of them are extremely nice and caring! This is the first vet that Bailey isn’t scared of. Even after her procedure, she walked in and greeted the staff! I can’t thank Dr. Beck and the staff enough for taking great care of Bailey and calming my nerves. ?☺️

Dr Hoffman is incredible with our puppy and with me as learning dog momma. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and patient, and I feel she has our puppy's wellbeing as her priority. There are many other vet options closer to our home and we make the trek to Faithful Friends because of the great care from Dr Hoffman and team.

Our dog fell off a drop off into an active quarry, and broke her femur badly. Our vet suggested we take her to OSU Vets in Dublin about 2 hours away for her surgery the next day. They are so caring and explain everything so well. They take great care of pets and do not care if you call in to check on them and see how they’re doing (even though I felt annoying doing so! They reassured us it is not annoying to them) - her surgery went great and she’s home now healing, but we cannot say enough great things about them! Everyone took great care of Pepper while she was with them. And front desk is very friendly and helpful as well!
We have boarded our dog here many times, and she has always returned happy and healthy. Fees are affordable, and owners are very nice.
Very clean, haircut only took 2 hours which is faster than any other groomers. And I love Edie she’s the best! I’ve been following her since Petsmart groomery!!
I really enjoyed the Slow Flow class with Jennifer! It was beginner-friendly but still challenging and felt like a good workout. I felt so relaxed after. Will definitely return!
I have been practicing yoga at Balancing Owl since Laurie took over ownership. I love all the new instructors. Especially Melinda’s gentle yoga class. She realizes the needs of her clients and adjusts accordingly. Great studio.
Was in town for a conference & our group had breakout sessions. I was in the one that had a hot yoga class at Harbor Yoga. They were very welcoming, studio smelled GREAT when we walked in, everything was clean & the instructor was awesome.
EDIT: I'm changing my review since they were able to respect my original cancellation date so I no longer have to pay the last month's fee. I appreciate them being flexible and not giving me an issue with the cancellation date. I joined goyoga over a year ago when I became pregnant and participated in the prenatal yoga sessions every Sunday. Heather was a phenomenal instructor. I really enjoyed all the yoga instructors and the facility but here is my issue. The main issue I have with this establishment is the communication the staff has with customers regarding payments/cancellation. I went in 4 separate times during business hours trying to speak to an employee about cancelling my membership but every time the front desk was empty with no employees around or the doors were closed during business hours. I called and left multiple messages and was told I could only cancel in person. When I went in to cancel the 5th time, I had noticed that my monthly membership increased by $10, making the total at $100 a month for the unlimited membership. I was never notified of this price increase nor was I sent a notification about the price increase. When I asked about it, the employee had "no idea" where the extra charge came from and had no explanation as to why I was being charged more randomly. I was given a refund for that month but I'm not sure how long this was going on for because I was never notified. I think it's absolutely unprofessional to charge customers additional fees without any explanation as to why. It's unfortunate because I really enjoyed my experience up until the end when it came to the business side of things. Sadly I do not recommend this establishment unless you are lookout for a membership that could randomly increase without your knowledge, essentially stealing money from customers without an explanation. Super unprofessional and management should look more into this issue and inform all customers of any monthly fee changes instead of just charging customers.

My daughter sent us here for a couples massage to celebrate our anniversary. This was such a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back. I have had massages at area salon and spas but none can compare to this. Very inviting, peaceful, and clean space. Lovely and relaxing music playing. Both of our massage therapists were very experienced and knowledgeable. I have chronic pain and arthritis in my hips and back, and I left with less pain and a relaxed spirit. Thank you Alpha Massage and Spa. Can’t wait to come back and see you.

I loved my massage experience with Quinn. She gave the medium to firm pressure I needed for the sore spots in my upper shoulders and neck that I badly needed. I absolutely will come to NOW again for a massage and would love to receive a massage from Quinn again.
The staff there are very friendly. They always keep it very clean. I received an excellent massage while there. I frequently have a lot of upper back pain from spending too much time on a computer for work. They did a fantastic job of relieving my neck and upper back pain. I highly recommend Calming Waters massage. It is one of the best in the area.
I had a fabulous experience at Elements Dublin, first with the lovely receptionist and then with the massage therapist Victoria. She gave a great massage and read my body....she truly has the gift and healing hands and is a kind and extremely sweet person. One of the best massages I have ever received. I am a heart patient and on blood thinners and bruise easily and Victoria was able to go deep but I did not bruise at all. I came away refreshed and renewed. Thank you Elements Dublin and the wonderful therapist Victoria!
I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS PLACE BUT I TOOK A CHANCE AND TRIED AND I AM GLAD I DID. THE MASSAGE WAS GREAT AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I AM GOING BACK IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
Outstanding PT experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and cares about your success. Together we made huge progress in pain reduction and were able to put together a plan for self care after our sessions were completed. I would recommend these PTs to anyone who is in need of therapy.

Christina is an amazing physical therapist. I had hip problems and she identified the causes (plural) and show me how to correct them. Several visits over a 6 week period so worth it!
I was referred by my PCP. Dr Martin was very engaged and really listened to me. He suggested Occupational Therapy where I met Bridget. She was truly amazing. Very patient and explained everything in detail. I was sent home with detailed exercises which were beyond helpful. I'd highly recommend both of them if your medical needs warrant it. The phone system is kind of wonky and not intuitive given it handles all of their locations Once you connect, you can expect a great experience based on mine.
