I was in town for work and was recommended to come to this nail spa by a friend. I called and there were able to schedule me same day for a manicure. Once I got there I noticed the entire salon was very clean and I was greeted promptly. I was instructed to immediately wash my hands then pick out a color. The nail tech was so kind and made sure I was happy along the way with the shape and color. I asked if they had time to get me in for a pedicure as well and they were happy to do so. I have had the best experience at H&B nails! Everyone there is so friendly and really care about their customers. I always go to Chi, and she consistently does a wonderful job! Very detail oriented, making sure my nails are the perfect shape. In addition to taking care of my nail underneath the acrylic. We went to get our nails done and within a couple days my daughter had lost two nails. I called to get them fixed and they were apologetic, as well as worked with our schedule to get in to fix them before our trip. When we came in for the repair, they actually looked at them and ended up replacing them all. They took the time to make it 100% right. We will continue to use this salon for their customer service and commitment to quality work.
