Although it may seem that her practice is primarily focused on cosmetic skin care, she is actually very, very knowledgeable in regards to skin cancer and other such maladies. If I am concerned about a spot on my skin, she never belittles me or makes me feel ridiculous. On the contrary, she encourages me, and I’m sure the rest of her clients, to never wait if I have something I consider to be suspicious or abnormal. She is very professional and friendly.“

I have a complicated 3c curl pattern and have never-- not one time ever-- had someone give me a good haircut before Cydney. I've tried dozens of hairstylists, most at black or natural salons, and people just cannot manage to cut my hair so that all of my curl patterns blend together. Cydney nails it every single time. Seriously, she's a magic worker for natural hair.2. Relaxing atmosphere. A lot of people go to the salon to chat, but I prefer quiet. “Brenda did my micro-needling with prp and she was amazing. She talked me through it and let me know she likes results for her patients so that the redness would be a little intense. I definitely was red and too crazy looking to go out for a couple days but I planned for taht. But it was worth it I am seeing great results both in my scars and wrinkles. Others I know that have had it done elsewhere have not seen this type of results. She was also totally understanding that I ended up having to bring my 3 and 6 year old that hung out and colored.“

“Coming in for my first treatment I was extremely nervous but Nurse Practitioner Urja talked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable. She told me what to expect before and after and gave me the best tips for aftercare. After having her I noticed that over half of my hair was gone after the first treatment. For my second treatment I was running late by 15 minutes and she still managed to get me in and out ahead of time while maintaining the same kindness and professionalism. Thank you Nurse Urja for making me feel comfortable and being supportive as a first timer at this. She truly does great work!“
