Former employee. I love this place, the owners are great and the manager Brenda. If you are looking for a great place to work that value you as an employee then look no further! Great clients and great staff! Trust me I have been to a lot of shops and this is far the best I have ever found. My health and travel there got the best of me. This is a great company to work for by far!

I scheduled a haircut with Andrew and from start to finish it was a great experience, the level of skill he demonstrated and the services he provided was well worth the price paid. Every man likes to get in the chair and have a conversation with their barber and not sit awkwardly. Sometimes, that can be hard to achieve when there isn’t much to talk about. Andrew was able to keep a conversation going while maintaining awareness of what he was doing during the haircut. Highly recommend the Bates and Brown shop as well it was a clean and upscale experience. There was a menu for drinks and they offered hair products for sale. Schedule today!

Start to finish absolutely fantastic experience. I had been cutting my own hair since COVID and my wife convinced me to start going to an actual barber. Andrew was great. He was very attentive, helped work towards a new style, and gave me lots of pointers along the way to help keep the style going.
