Jamie was a great salesperson!! I'd definitely use her again! She came to measure immediately, and the floor was installed the following week! Great carpet, great customer service across the board!! Very pleased!
From the moment we walked in to the Dublin store and was greeted by Mike, we knew RiteRug was the right carpeting store for us. Mike was not only personable and friendly but very knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable and installation would take place quickly.The two men that installed were respectful and really knew what they were doing.We are very pleased with our carpeting. We highly recommend Rite Rug
Excellent communication re delivery and installation times. Some issues with measuring area to have carpeted. This was rectified by Rick @ store location. It would be 5 star if no issue with measurements.
