We woke up to a cold house and quickly realized something was wrong with our heater. I booked an appointment online early that morning for the same day. Michael showed up at my house that afternoon with a smile. He took a look at the boiler and within 10 minutes had it back up and running. He was professional, friendly, and compassionate. I appreciate the time he took to teach me a little more about my heating system as well as what went wrong. He was able to work with me on the price, giving me a fair deal. Apex pros came to my house to install a light fixture in my closet and the professional, Shram did a great job. He also provided insight and help into a plumbing issue and scheduled another apex pro to come out and fix the issue. Thanks!
Excellent service. Rich, Mike & Cody were professional and careful in their excavation & waterline patch. Walked us thru the process with the city water folks too. Highly recommend these guys.
