I have been waiting for someone from management to contact me so that we can fix the issues created by the rep whom am working with. I finally get to speak with Kyle, he did what everyone found hard to do (LISTEN) because he listen he was able to assist, some days all the customer want is that one person to listen, thank you Kyle for taking the time to not just hear but to listen. I give you 5 starts just for listening well which allows you to serve well.
