Tim was great! As a first time home buyer, he was very thorough while explaining the issues he saw to my Fiance and I and took the time to answer all of our questions. I'd definitely use him again in the future!

Can not say enough about CAI. Tim was absolutely awesome, couldn’t have asked for a better person to walk me through the inspection and give me honest opinions on certain things I was unsure about. 12/10 recommendations from me!!!

Tim was incredibly thorough and responsive during our home inspection. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and why, and he was always happy to answer our questions. He even went above and beyond to check some things that we were particularly concerned about.We were very impressed with the thoroughness of Tim's inspection. He checked every nook and cranny of the house, and he didn't miss a thing. He even found some potential problems that we wouldn't have known about otherwise, which gave us the opportunity to negotiate repairs with the seller before closing.We also appreciated Tim's responsiveness....read full review
