I wish I knew the name of our technician today! He got the stain out that we thought would be a permanent fixture. On top of it, he left a surprise “carving” of my sons name in his carpet for a fun touch! So cool! He went the extra mile with his customer service!! Thank you!!
Maria provided excellent carpet cleaning service. She was very polite and explained the process well. During each step of the process (cleaning, treating, and deordizing) she explained the step in detail and took the time to answer all my questions. I was very satisfied with the job she did.
Kelvin was incredible! We just moved into a house with gross, stained, pungent carpet-we didn’t even want to step foot on it barefoot. Kelvin made it look and smell brand new. We are so thrilled with the results. We cannot thank him enough! He is a true professional!
