“Very good yoga classes. Instructor adjusts it to different levels and makes you feel welcome“
“Beautiful, clean, spacious studio. Chloe is an expert instructor. I enjoyed my first session, and am looking forward to my next!“
“This was my first time at trying Sculpt & Glow and Nikolina (the instructor) was so amazing. She took her time demonstrating each movement. She gave us modified exercises, incase we preferred a different technique. I really like this class and I can’t wait to come back!“
“I joined CT Power Yoga a few months ago as I moved to the area. This studio makes me feel like I’m home. The teachers are warm and invigorating, the owners Aimee & Tim are welcoming and attentive, and the classes are empowering. I love heated power vinyasa, and this studio gives me what I need! <3 You should try it ;D“
“Beautiful studio with different modalities offered. Love the Lagree mega room. 10 machines yet still still cozy enough to make it a somewhat personalized experience. The instructors are all great and knowledgeable. I love that everyone has their own style of teaching, which makes it a new experience each time!“
“Kimberly is a true professional with so much knowledge about pregnancy and postpartum/baby care. She is always willing to brainstorm and help out her moms. When I felt alone in pregnancy and postpartum, these classes and community got me through it. I’ve made new best friends, with babies all the same age. The empowered pregnancy and fourth trimester groups are amazing!! I would recommend these classes to anyone, whether you’re looking for movement during pregnancy, pre and postnatal education, or just to get out of the house and meet other new moms, you will be so grateful that you joined this community!“
“Never did Pilates before this spring. Carson told me I should try it. I find it beneficial and helpful. Given my lack of good posture and lower back issues it has been useful for me to work with Rebecca. Rebecca has been awesome to work with. I would recommend anyone who wants to become more mindful of how our bodies should be moving to join the “Sound Movement “.“
“Carol brings such depth of knowledge and spirit to her offerings. She creates a sacred, healing space for community, and a variety of modalities. I highly recommend Harmony Yoga, and any of Carol's wonderful offerings.“
“Went to the Greenwich Water Club for my cousins communion today, I have nothing bad to say! The food was amazing and the staff was attentive. The view was beautiful and so was the building! There was a very fun game room for the kids! Definitely recommend for future members or events!“
“I got a month membership here while I was in town. Price for a month unlimited was very reasonable and there was a wide selection of classes. I enjoyed how challenging some of the hot classes were, and also enjoyed that they offered yin! Sign up and check in is smooth as can be.“
“While visiting family, I had a great week of yoga classes with Paula at Breathe Pilates & Yoga. Wonderful energy, spirit & knowledge was shared!“
“Nancy is a fantastic teacher! The effects of the energy I feel after class can be felt throughout the whole day. I've seen positive results on my posture, confidence, focus etc and I look forward to more classes with her!! -Would highly recommend to anyone who wants an authentic practice“
“I’ve only been to Laura once, but have told probably 15 people that they need to get their as soon as possible. True professional“
“Excellent yoga experience with a one of a kind talented instructor who tailors each class to the students in attendance. Tons of personal attention and care in a beautiful light filled studio. A true gem!“
“Our wedding was supposed to be at the Wainwright House in 2020, but was postponed to 2021 due to the pandemic. It happened that the Wainwright House was transitioning caterers and the new caterer for 2021 was Leslie (and Bartleby and Sage). Having Leslie as our wedding coordinator and caterer was the best thing that could’ve happened! She really advocates for her couples, and made our wedding day so amazing. As you can imagine, for a day with so many moving parts there are a million things that can go wrong. Any hiccup we had (big or small), Leslie was there to help us problem solve, and was incredibly responsive any time we had a question. She is truly a class act, and an absolute pleasure to work with. As for the food, we received so many compliments from our guests, and are beyond happy with the quality and quantity of it all! The day went by without a hitch, and we have nothing but amazing memories of our wedding day. We cannot thank Leslie enough for all of her efforts, and highly recommend having your wedding at the Wainwright House with Leslie/Bartleby and Sage!“
“Greenwich 24/7 fitness is, without doubt, the best gym experience I have ever had and if it wasn't for the fact I am moving, I would happily continue to be a member. Kenny, the owner, is a top shelf manager and is always available to assist with anything. The membership is month to month and there are no predatory practices! I highly recommend Greenwich 24/7 fitness to anyone interested in getting back in shape!“
“Ellen Kiley has helped me restore flexibility and strength. She assessed my needs and created a program especially for me. She is kind, encouraging and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. Carolyn“
“Can't say enough great things about this place. I attended Breaking Ground in it's opening years of 2004-2007 (When I graduated high school). If it wasn't for the incredible support and guidance from owner, Marissa, I would not be a successful professional dancer in Los Angeles, still today. The classes here are incredible. The teachers top notch. Each class is specifically tailored to your child's needs within their dance and performing journey. I am so honored to have been part of Breaking Ground, to have been taught by such incredible teachers that have supported and guided me into the path of becoming a successful performer with a long career.“
“I love that this location is right off of 95, and there is an abundance of parking right outside of the studio . Finding it was tricky , so let me help out. When you pull in the lot it is the 2nd building on the left with the blue awning that says professional physical therapy. Walk on in the studio is in the back . Robyn's classes are my favorite . The room is warm ,but not too hot . I would say it gets around 85 degrees“
“Jennifer has the gift to inspire, motivate and put into action healthy mind body life practices for her clients. My wife and I have been practicing with Jenn for almost a decade and we do not plan on ever slowing down!! Hal and Madalyn Rosenbluth“
“Gentle, professional service. Great ambiance, I only went for one adjustment, but he is kind, sensitive and I would reccomend him Linda Gordon Vegan Freeze Healing Massage White Plains New York“
“In early 2018, I started coming here, and I'm only sorry that I didn't start sooner, considering that I live a three-minute walk from the studio.Though I am usually the sole guy surrounded by ladies, I actually don't mind. The energy is great: not too hyper, not sleep-inducing yet still calming... it's just right.Patty is very supportive and has that rare gift of being able to offer instructive/constructive feedback without making you feel awkward or out of place. She occasionally peppers her robust knowledge of yoga with useful, poignant snippets about metaphysics, biology, psychology, and even pop culture from time to time--all of which is music to my ears.I always leave Patty's yoga class better than when I came in, i.e., more relaxed, more open-minded, and with any life anxiety melting away. Sometimes I really do feel like I'm floating on a cloud, and the little garden and mini-park feel of the exterior space immediately outside the studio doesn't hurt (see photo). To the outside observer, some of the classes may seem like a piece of cake, but you'd be surprised how engaged your muscles and core are even when doing seemingly basic breath and stretching exercises. I go to the gym from time to time, and do a bit of outdoor running, and yoga is a great complement to those activities. The studio itself, meaning the physical space, is also very conducive to yoga. The natural light is a bonus, especially when sunlight floods the room in the middle of a deep session. The newly installed HVAC system is pretty neat, too. But, it's really Patty's awesome vibe and the calming, positive energy of the fellow participants that has me coming back time and again. Thanks for reading, and may you thrive--in your career and in life.“
“This studio is EVERYTHING. RUN do not walk here.. I love hot yoga.. as a nurse it is one of my favorite activities. I am not at all good at it, but I love it. I walked into the stupid timid and afraid. As a travel nurse I walk into a new studio all the time just terrified. I was met with smiles not only from the owner, and the instructor but from other members. It is literally the nicest set of people. The class flowed beautifully and I left feeling top of the world. Again I am not good at yoga but it was such a good time. I was welcomed, the class was amazing, the studio is gorgeous. I love it here.“
