Who knows what looks good on you? Well, THEY do! Now I've had cataract surgery and don't need regular visits, but....I did myself a favor two weeks ago and purchased a good pair of quality Ray-bans to protect my eyes all day long. Aviators - I love them! A really necessary purchase. Next? A cool pair of reading glasses. Thanks to all the staff at Alexander Eye!“

“I took both of my children (ages 3 & 7) for their first ever eye appointments. Dr. Kenny is fabulous! She was quick and thorough and wonderful with the kids! She is kind and personable and really put the kids at ease. I was worried my son might be too little but Dr. Kenny was able to tailor her exam to a small child easily. She was very patient and kind with him, even giving him a small toy and paper sunglasses since he was disappointed he didn't need glasses!! The other staff were wonderful as well! The receptionist was friendly & social. The optician, Mark, was excellent when measuring my daughter for her first pair of glasses. My daughter didn't want to leave and asked when we could come back! Just a really great place with a comforting, relaxed atmosphere. I'll definitely go back when I need new glasses and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eye Appeal to anyone!“

“Dr. Ryan is excellent -- thorough with diagnostics and pleasant. The connection with Flaum is problematic. I wanted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ryan for an eye issue I've had before, but was routed through a different eye care facility out of Strong, where the doctor wrote off my issue. I've called to try and reschedule with Dr. Ryan but they will not allow me to. Also, any time I call to reorder contacts, the hold times are long and the customer service representatives are less than pleasant. It seems like they have a CSR team handling the calls, which has often meant that any expectation of personalized care is gone.TL;DR: Dr. Ryan for eye exams, for sure. Make sure you bring up any issues during that appointment! But if you need extended eye care, maybe find a different doctor/location.“

“I’ve always been treated with the upmost respect, and they got to the root of my problems with my eyes. if you have old glasses, it’s better to use those for new glasses. It’ll save you a lot of money from buying a frame. It does take a couple of weeks to get your frames back so unless you can see without it I’ll either have to buy a new frame or bring old frames.“
