I get my eyeglasses there. Good selection, very attentive staff to select the right frames for my face and coloring. Nice and clean. 2 week turnaround to get glasses is good. Suggestion - don’t have the huge dog laying in front of the displays making it difficult to reach over the dog so as not to disturb his nap.

Had A damage lens walked in without appointment was asked if I needed assistance showed the damaged lens the assistant took my information she confirmed I had free lens replacement and the new lenses would take about two weeks they will call and install them for me then. This all took about five minutes. Perfect!

I called about my lenses being scratched, only took about 5 minutes the person looked them up and said the warranty would replace them. She will call when they arrive change the lenses out while I wait saving one extra drive, very prompt and professional very nice people to deal with ?.
