“This was my first visit to Empire Visionworks and I was very impressed! The employees were very friendly, and each one I had contact with, was knowledgeable about their job. I was not satisfied with the place I had previously gone to, so tried Visionworks and I felt the eye exam and the procedure to determine the prescription for my lenses was more thorough than where I previously went last year. Every employee seemed to want to do their best to be sure that I got the proper glasses I needed, and was happy with them. I would most definitely recommend the Victor NY Visionworks, which is where I went.“

“Dr. Harvey has been my choice for eye care for over 2 decades. His staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The office environment is pleasant. Dr. Harvey provides examinations using the latest equipment. Additionally, Dr. Harvey ensures that the patient is satisfied. I had a problem with my progressive lenses that required several trips and several different lenses before I was satisfied. Dr. Harvey was pleasant for each visit, and worked hard to ensure that I received lenses that were acceptable. I cannot recommend Aberle and Dr. Harvey highly enough.“

Tricia was able to get the VA-supplied prescription lenses into a new set of frames for him which will be a great source of comfort that he needs.At this point in my life I do not need glasses myself, but if they become necessary in the future I know where I'm going.“

“As an older woman having had perfect vision her whole life all of a sudden needing glasses was a horrible disappointment. They scheduled me very quickly to get an eye exam, when I got there they were very attentive and made me feel comfortable during the whole process answering any questions I had and giving me information I didn't even think about asking for. It was excellent service from walking in, through the exam and when they helped me pick out glasses in my price range and gave honest opinions on how it looked. I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience! Can't wait to get those glasses and see again!!“

“I had a 6pm appt and was seen right on time. Had a very thorough eye exam which went quick and I feel good about having.Plenty of eye glass selection that my VSP insurance covered. Lots of mirrors to see how they look on you. Got blue light blocking lenses. Staff was helpful and left me alone when I didn’t need help. Sounded like other customers really enjoyed talking with the staff.I’d recommend coming here.“
