Staff is very nice! I was heading on a trip, and they made sure my glasses were ready in time! They are so nice when they do adjustments. Mindy who handles scheduling is amazing! Everyone is so personable!

I really appreciate the customer service at Cornerstone. I recently bought new glasses here and ended up needing to exchange the frames. There was nothing wrong with them, l just know now that l dislike metal frames. Through multiple adjustments,and eventually exchanging, everyone has been patient and helpful. I am thankful that they have a reasonable exchange policy that allowed me to choose new glasses. If l had gone somewhere else l might have been stuck with glasses l was unhappy with. The free adjustments and expertise make shopping in person worth it compared to online.

With all the distracting challenges of Covid ai never thought about my daily wear contacts inventory. Upon realizing I was getting low, I reached out to Cornerstone to let them know I needed an extended supply. After leaving a message Cornerstone called me back, took my HSA card information and alas, I recieved my supply a few days later! Thank you Cornerstone for your support- I was concerned I would be running out!!
