The service I received was genuine and courteous. The front desk receptionist was friendly and engaged in a wholesome conversation. The optician was also pleasant and handled my glasses with speed of service.

I have been looking for a place to get a good pair of glasses for a fair price for a while now. I have been to all of the national chains and have had very little luck. I decided to go locally owned for the first time and was recommended to go see Tom at Monroe Eye Center.I had gotten my exam done elsewhere, so I cannot speak to the quality of the eye doctor, but the process of having my prescription sent over to Monroe was easy. I met with Tom and told him the trouble I was having finding a good pair of glasses that fit me comfortably AND looked more in line with today's styles.
