“These people really know what they're doing, have great personalities, and the prices are very reasonable. I've had terrible eyesight my whole life. The doctor gave me a very thorough exam, and explained things very well. The optician is a doll. Very knowledgeable and works with you to get glasses that look good and are best for your vision. My glasses, which are complicated (very nearsighted, far sighted, astigmatism, and cataracts) were significantly less expensive than I've been paying for years!!!! I had glasses made in 2023 here which held up beautifully!!!“

This was my first experience at the Monroe Ave. location and it was a pleasant surprise! The staff was fabulous and in tune with eachother, the store was classy and clean and service was amazing. “The staff at Alexander Eye were accommodating and made it convenient to schedule a new patient appointment. Dr. Caito is incredibly welcoming and friendly. He is great at explaining things clearly without being patronizing and made it very easy to return for a follow up contact fitting exam. Not to mention the office is very clean and accessible (with convenient parking). I'd highly recommend Alexander Eye to anyone in need of eye care.“

“I have issues with their service my beef is that I called for my appointment and asked if they did the paperwork for renewal of a car license. The girl giving me the appoint said oh yes absolutely and we had the paperwork at the Victor Office. So on May 13 2025 I had my appointment and told 2 employees and the Doctor that I needed my license renewed and I needed the paperwork filled out after my eye exam. The Dr. asked for my license and said he could do the paperwork and send to the DMV with no problem. Fast forward to June 6 . I called Cornerstone and asked them to check if the Dr had sent in the paperwork to the DMV? He did not and I was told they don’t do that anymore bla bla bla. Ugh so frustrating !!!! So I’m upset that the memo apparently didn’t get around the office so everyone was on the same page! Also this was the last day I had to get it done! Please make sure they can do what they say they will !“

“I’ve always been treated with the upmost respect, and they got to the root of my problems with my eyes. if you have old glasses, it’s better to use those for new glasses. It’ll save you a lot of money from buying a frame. It does take a couple of weeks to get your frames back so unless you can see without it I’ll either have to buy a new frame or bring old frames.“
