“I initially saw Taylor for a 15 mins session and I mentioned I was feeling pain on one of my feet when driving. I was impressed with how little time the discomfort I had on me left foot improved right away after that session. I schedule an hour relaxing massage and Taylor did not disappoint. I get bored easily and need to be challenged. I love weight training and hate cardio. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. His work is hands on when you are with him, and he gives videos and exercises to do on your own that truly work like magic.
