Dimensional training is by far the best gym on Long Island. I randomly walked in to inquire about their technique and quickly saw this was the place for me. I came in as a stranger and now I consider everyone to be my fitness family. All the trainers are amazing and you will never leave there disappointed. The FGLG (feel good look good ) motto is exactly how I feel every time I’m there.
Love the professionalism of this gym, I had the best training session with Julian. He’s energetic, knowledgeable & knows how to keep his clients engaged. When you go to dimensional training ask for Julian
Rejuvenate jamz with Adrina is the most fun I’ve ever had working out. Learning dance choreo while on a trampoline brings so much joy. The workout is intense with an amazing ab section at the end of each class!
