Ron, the general manager took care of registering Me at LA Fitness. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and definitely had my best interest in mind. So glad I met him here at GCP LA Fitness.
I wanted a membership today and I got the best customer service from Ron and Elton , they were very helpful and very friendly and professional, I definitely recommend signing up with them always , all love !!!
This LA Fitness has the worst customer service.The guy at the desk Anthony had the worst attitude and was very arrogant.I made the mistake by coming here and not my usual spot on Marcus aveI will be spreading the word about this place and how bad they're customer service is.
