“This is the best manual physical therapy on Long Island. They are extremely knowledgeable and they give great attention to there clients.I have my favorites, Scott, Nick and Rob. I prefer stronger guys that go deep into the muscles. They all helped me with the arthritis in my shoulder and tight hip flexors and adductors. Every time I get injured they pencil me in right away.Also Bassil is the best stretch therapist out there. I'm extremely flexible so most people can't really stretch me. He can push me to my limits.Everyone is really friendly and they have a great vibe there. A lot of great conversations.“

“I have been going to Terry for almost 3 years now. I am a college soccer player, and I came in with my first torn ACL about 3 months post op frustrated with the speed that my recovery was going. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Terry gives a type of care that is different than any other physical therapists I have been to. His work is hands on when you are with him, and he gives videos and exercises to do on your own that truly work like magic. I was back from my first ACL in about 6 months, with no pain, and a strong knee that I would have never gotten without the tremendous work of Terry! I am so grateful for everything he has done, and continues to do for me!“

“I initially saw Taylor for a 15 mins session and I mentioned I was feeling pain on one of my feet when driving. I was impressed with how little time the discomfort I had on me left foot improved right away after that session. I schedule an hour relaxing massage and Taylor did not disappoint. “Dimensional Training Studios is an amazing place, you are really cared for and are surrounded by professionals that are always there to support you. The community is committed to health and you feel held by this. I have struggled with exercise throughout my life but this is my place, I am happy to come in everyday because I know I come out of there the person I really am, vibrant and energetic and present. This is a very achievable way to stay strong and lean. Just a half hour a week and I have seen results in my overall strength and particularly for me on the tennis/paddle courts. I'm not going to say it's easy, because for that half hour, you do work hard. But I definitely feel the pay-off is worth it! Thank you Inform Fitness.“

You have that one on one personal training and you are definitely pushed to your limits. I know I was! Your skipping the "gym rat" environment. You know....the "I lift things up and put them down" crowd. Positive coaching the entire way through, even when you think you don't have any gas left in your tank. That "can do" attitude really helps. It's definitely positive motivation! It would be great if MetaBurn branched out to HUNTINGTON!!!!!!!“
