I always leave feeling amazing and throughout the class, the coaches are motivating, helpful, and encouraging. They ensure that everyone is pushed at his/her own level as well as doing the exercise correctly for best results.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The sense of camaraderie is inspiring. The trainers are professionals with amazing knowledge and skill. It's clean and nurturing. I love my trainer, Annie, and feel like part of a larger family with everyone.

I have been a client of SBF for quite some time now. My trainer is Fred and I must say Fred and his trainers are extremely accommodating. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to ensure you are getting the proper workout.
