And if you have been lifting for years, he will be equally great because he is a powerlifter and knows how to maximize potential. The environment is private and intimate - just a couple trainers and clients at a time. Highly recommend!“

Sensei John is a very kind person with a wealth of martial arts knowledge who has produced many great coaches and instructors as well as talented fighters. He will take his time to teach u every technique down to the last detail. His fight team is large and talented with tons of well skilled fighters all from different backgrounds who all have different styles so it’s always fresh. He brings in coaches from not only around the country but around the world and every Sunday brings in tons of fighters from different schools and hosts what he calls “spar wars” where you get to train with different guys with different style so it’s always fresh.Striking 101 is an amazing gym whether your goal is to fight or to just get a workout in you will learn how to defend yourself in a fun and challenging way.“

This is a very achievable way to stay strong and lean. Just a half hour a week and I have seen results in my overall strength and particularly for me on the tennis/paddle courts. I'm not going to say it's easy, because for that half hour, you do work hard. But I definitely feel the pay-off is worth it! Thank you Inform Fitness.“
