Geoff and Billy are both amazing trainers. Their gym is clean, organized and each session is highly personalized. For someone that has not been a "gym rat" they make me feel comfortable & supported. I have appreciate their encouragement and I feel great!

Just started coming here for their sauna service. Everything is clean and everyone is so friendly! Sauna is infrared and has Bluetooth connectivity. There is also a shower to rinse and cool off. Will be going back for sure
