I get bored easily and need to be challenged. I love weight training and hate cardio. That’s why Brandon introduced boxing to me, which I fell in love with since it covers pretty much everything (strength, technique and self defense).Brandon is wonderful, easy to work with , motivates me , understands my training needs and my goals. He has managed through out the years to keep things interesting and fun.Brandon’s expertise and outlook on fitness and life has helped my physical, emotional and spiritual growth over the years.“

“And here is your review:1) Jean, the trainer, is first rate--highest standards about form, very encouraging and a very lovely person 2) the studio is beautiful, clean and has the best machines for a complete workout 3) the slow motion weight training workout technique is the best for building muscle mass, increasing metabolism and safety 4) the private one on one training, in a place with no music or mirrors, allows for the focus needed to do this challenging workout. I feel very blessed to have this in my life and am so grateful to Mindy, the owner, who is extremely client friendly and does an A+ job of running this business!“

“At 75 I was hesitant to get a trainer, but my daughter-in-law convinced me to. My trainer, Alex, is the best! I've had 10 sessions and will continue to have him come. Although I get achy after a session, I have already noticed that I my legs and arm muscles are stronger! I can now carry my 25 lb granddaughter with no problem! Alex is patient and recognizes my limitations and knows how far he can push me. I highly recommend GymGuyz services.“

“I met David a few years ago at another gym, where he was a personal trainer. I decided to try out one of his group classes and was impressed at his expertise in fitness. When David opened up his own gym, I decided to try my first personal training session for a few reasons: 1. I stopped going to the gym where I first met David. 2. I put on weight and was not feeling good about the way I looked or felt and 3. A close friend of mine trained with him and was seeing great results. Each session with David is unique. He provides a different workout each time catered to my specific needs and goals. He knows when to raise the weight I'm working on, and he makes sure my form is correct. A few times while working out I've felt a pain in my knee and my back and David was able to tell what caused the pain and would explain how to alleviate it. Working out with David has made me feel more confident, made me stronger and each session is fun. I would recommend David if you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, cares about your needs, motivates you, and makes working out fun.“

“I had a great time at MetaBurn. I found that the coaches meet the individual needs of the clients. You have that one on one personal training and you are definitely pushed to your limits. I know I was! Your skipping the "gym rat" environment. You know....the "I lift things up and put them down" crowd. Positive coaching the entire way through, even when you think you don't have any gas left in your tank. That "can do" attitude really helps. It's definitely positive motivation! It would be great if MetaBurn branched out to HUNTINGTON!!!!!!!“

“I've been attending Zor's classes for over 10 years. He is a wonderful teacher and trainer. His classes usually combine strength training exercises with free weights and some equipment, as well as floor core body exercises along with interval aerobics. The reason I like going to his studio so much is that the space is the opposite of a soulless large sports club atmosphere. The classes are usually 8-9 people, and the way he encourages those who attend, no matter the level of conditioning, creates a real sense of camaraderie and a positive vibe. If you are looking for a total body workout at an affordable rate, this is definitely the place to be.“

“Love the results I have seen from Inform Fitness! Jon/Adam/Gillian have all been wonderful with scheduling and keeping me on track. This is a very achievable way to stay strong and lean. Just a half hour a week and I have seen results in my overall strength and particularly for me on the tennis/paddle courts. I'm not going to say it's easy, because for that half hour, you do work hard. But I definitely feel the pay-off is worth it! Thank you Inform Fitness.“

“I have been going to Terry for almost 3 years now. I am a college soccer player, and I came in with my first torn ACL about 3 months post op frustrated with the speed that my recovery was going. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Terry gives a type of care that is different than any other physical therapists I have been to. His work is hands on when you are with him, and he gives videos and exercises to do on your own that truly work like magic. I was back from my first ACL in about 6 months, with no pain, and a strong knee that I would have never gotten without the tremendous work of Terry! I am so grateful for everything he has done, and continues to do for me!“

“Working with Ed has been incredibly helpful and truly transformative in my recovery from a herniated disc and bulging disc. After regular PT stalled, multiple doctors told me I’d likely need surgery to ever regain full strength and relieve my pain. After just a few sessions with Ed, my pain had improved from a 9 down to a 2 (if not better), and my pain and strength only kept improving after that. He’s extremely knowledgeable and has helped me identify and understand the structural weaknesses that caused my injuries, allowing me to focus on recuperative and preventative exercises.“
