And if you have been lifting for years, he will be equally great because he is a powerlifter and knows how to maximize potential. The environment is private and intimate - just a couple trainers and clients at a time. Highly recommend!“

“I met David a few years ago at another gym, where he was a personal trainer. I decided to try out one of his group classes and was impressed at his expertise in fitness. When David opened up his own gym, I decided to try my first personal training session for a few reasons: 1. I stopped going to the gym where I first met David. 2. I put on weight and was not feeling good about the way I looked or felt and 3. A close friend of mine trained with him and was seeing great results. Each session with David is unique. He provides a different workout each time catered to my specific needs and goals. He knows when to raise the weight I'm working on, and he makes sure my form is correct. A few times while working out I've felt a pain in my knee and my back and David was able to tell what caused the pain and would explain how to alleviate it. Working out with David has made me feel more confident, made me stronger and each session is fun. I would recommend David if you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, cares about your needs, motivates you, and makes working out fun.“

I get bored easily and need to be challenged. I love weight training and hate cardio. That’s why Brandon introduced boxing to me, which I fell in love with since it covers pretty much everything (strength, technique and self defense).Brandon is wonderful, easy to work with , motivates me , understands my training needs and my goals. He has managed through out the years to keep things interesting and fun.Brandon’s expertise and outlook on fitness and life has helped my physical, emotional and spiritual growth over the years.“

It has been three months since he joined the Strong Martial Arts. His friend who has been a student there for the past 3 years recommended it. My son is very happy about all the cool moves he has been learning at the Strong Martial Arts. They have their own app which makes it very convenient to book classes, all the information I need is on the app. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend who is considering sending their kids here. They offer free trial classes which is great.“
“I've been attending Zor's classes for over 10 years. He is a wonderful teacher and trainer. His classes usually combine strength training exercises with free weights and some equipment, as well as floor core body exercises along with interval aerobics. The reason I like going to his studio so much is that the space is the opposite of a soulless large sports club atmosphere. The classes are usually 8-9 people, and the way he encourages those who attend, no matter the level of conditioning, creates a real sense of camaraderie and a positive vibe. If you are looking for a total body workout at an affordable rate, this is definitely the place to be.“

This is a very achievable way to stay strong and lean. Just a half hour a week and I have seen results in my overall strength and particularly for me on the tennis/paddle courts.
