“I contacted MGP Mechanical after much research and a recommendation to repair a bathroom plumbing leak under the slab. They suggested I hire a professional leak locator which was helpful in minimizing the tear out of the floor and wall. From the first phone call to completion of the repair, MPG calmed my fears and took care of it like pros. Kevin is very knowledgeable, and his approach was minimally invasive. He was able to remove the vanity, cut out some drywall, open the concrete floor without using a jackhammer and preserved the vinyl flooring. Once the repair was complete, he covered the hole with dirt and concrete and replaced the drywall. The next morning, the vanity was replaced and recaulked. The original old pipe was only covered with thin plastic. After Kevin replaced the damaged pipe, he completely wrapped it with thick insulation and tape. That was impressive! I decided to have the work done as time and material which can get expensive, yet for this 9 hour project, the total cost was very reasonable and completely detailed on the invoice. I haven't used MPG for HVAC yet, but I plan to in the future. This company is an absolute gem. They are competent, professional, trustworthy, respectful and affordable - which is a rare combination.“

“Had a removal of a Mastercool cooler and installation of a PMI Aero Cool TH6812 on 6/12/24. The installation team of Julian, Jorge, and Ben were very professional and prompt. Upon arriving and unpacking the cooler, Julian noticed and issue with the unit and had a replacement brought out in no time. During the transit time the team removed the old cooler and prepped everything for the new installation. Can't say enough about the customer service and attention to detail the team exhibited. “I contacted Thompson's to have them turn off my air conditioner and start up my heater. I have never used them before so this was my first time working with them. The administrative assistant who answers the phone is incredible. She is super friendly, will help you figure out a time to schedule your service, and does it all with a pleasant and professional attitude. I haven't had this kind of customer service in a really long time and it's greatly appreciated. Prem came out to perform the service and to give me a quote on a small job that I have. He was professional, courteous, and helpful. He really talked me through an issue I'm having with my heating and cooling and gave me some different ideas for what might work best. Again, I haven't had this level of customer service in a really long time. Although he is not generally one of the people who does the start up and shutdowns, he jumped in because they are busy at this time of year. Teamwork! Wahoo! I was really pleased when I got the bill for the service which was a lot less than what I've been paying. Granted I did get a rebate because they did a check on my gas to make sure that everything is working properly and safely. So next time it'll be around what I'm used to paying. At any rate, none of the other plumbing companies with whom I've worked have offered to check my gas and get the rebate so I really appreciate it that Thompson's was looking out for me. I will definitely be using Thompson's again and I've already spoken with them about some issues we will be addressing in the spring. I highly recommend Thompson's. You will be guaranteed excellent customer service and a good value.“
