Brent and Israel were very professional and took their time making sure that our new water heater was installed correctly. It was a replacement so several items needed to be brought up to code. They were thorough in their explanation of what they were doing and why. Cleaned up the work area and took away the trash. I would definitely recommend Day and Night Plumbing and Heating.
Everything from scheduling the appointment to having the work done was a very good experience. They had a tech out the next day who called me the night before to discuss the project to make sure he had everything he needed and also called and kept me up to date on his arrival time. He did a fantastic job and even cleaned up the area when he was done. Thank you!
We just bought a house and as we were getting our gas turned on, the gas company told us our water heater was not up to code. I searched Google and Day & Night plumping popped up. I read the reviews and decided to call, before you know it I was scheduled the next day early morning. I even received a courtesy text from Brent Scott the technician when he was on his way. Brent showed up and was professional and walked me through what he needed to do to get the job done and done right.
