“I love, love, love this yoga studio, I'm so happy and grateful to have found it! The teachers are knowledgeable, authentic, kind and welcoming and the studio is beautiful. I can't recommend it enough!“
“I had a bad experience with massage before. Tone was very understanding and communicative with me during the session. Overall a great experience.“

Enter 4th & Menaul Marketplace West Facing Double Glass Doors, 300 Menaul Blvd NW Suite 216, Albuquerque“I loved Tru Hot Yoga! I am familiar with hot yoga but a very beginning beginner. I took the hot mobility course that had a lot of dynamic movement. The instructor Julie Trujillo was great - very clear, good at demonstrating and made even the hard flows seem very possible. The vibe is great - everyone was relaxed, and it didn't feel judgy at all.“
“Offering countless ways to live your life more fully. Always supportive and ever inspiring.“
“Recently saw gabe for the first time after my brother in law was raving about him. I’m not sure what he did but he tapped my tail bone and over 10 years of pain melted away in my whole body. I’ve spent thousands of dollars looking for some sort of treatment to help ease the chronic pain i’ve had to endure for years. This man is a miracle worker, I can’t thank him enough. Everyone was so kind and welcoming in the gym as well. Thank you so much gabe!“
“My first yoga experience was awesome and Samantha was a great instructor! Highly recommend this studio.“
“Excellent instructors that make the classes accessible for everyone, from beginner to advanced. Relaxed and encouraging vibes here, I can’t believe how much progress I’ve made in a few short months! Can’t recommend enough!“

“Love the weekly Ecstatic dance led by Elizabeth ❤️ Has helped me so much in my life transition and is so much fun!“
“This is a great studio. I love location and the fact that it is a smaller, more intimate studio compared to most of the studios I've practiced at. I have enjoyed all of the classes I've taken here, but I'd like to recognize two classes/instructors specifically. Rachel with aerial yoga: Rachel has a true gift for guiding people through their practice. She is kind, encouraging and so genuine. You can feel the passion she has for yoga and it's contagious:) I look forward to aerial yoga every week and I also just look forward to seeing Rachel. Her energy is calming and the mix between the music she picks, her unique flows she plans and her positive thoughts she shares... I always feel significantly better at the end of practice ( both mentally and physically ). It's not often you find people like her. The second instructor I'd like to recognize is Jake on Thursday evenings: Jake always greets everyone with such a welcoming smile, I look forward to seeing him. He is very thoughtful about what every attendee would like to focus on and how their body is feeling. He does a great job of making each class unique and challenging. I also love his humor during class which creates a lighthearted environment like you are enjoying a class with a friend. A beautiful studio, I'm glad I am able to attend!“
“Rochelle is the absolute best at what she does. When I went in for my first visit, my entire body was in pain. I’ve dealt with issues my of my adult life. By the time I left my first visit, I felt 100x better. I’ve been going in every 3 weeks & because of Ro I am at a point of maintaining my well being instead of hoping to feel better. She is professional & so knowledgeable. She gives me advice every time I visit & I just can’t thank her enough. She is also so easy to talk with. She makes every session sometimes look forward to“
“Simply the best. Ashley and team ensure we all practice gratitude in our yoga sessions and in our daily lives.YogaZo creates unique experiences, great paced classes and expert teaching, I cannot recommend enough.“
“Dr. Lynn is a blessing in many ways than just physical. She is helping heal my pain from traumatic events that I had been suffering with for many years. Unlike most Doctors that will drug you and have you on many medications with side effects. She facilitates healing thru what we have available and uses what God gave us to heal. Thank you Dr. Lynn for literally helping me to remember how to breathe again ? Rebecca“
“Lisa is the best!! The only reason I could move when my sciatica was at its worst. Now after back surgery I am finally able to go back to Pilates and can't wait to start again. Highly recommend for her ability to work you just enough. Always sensitive to what you need.“
“A disclaimer I did not go to the gym as my appearance will testify but my son loves gyms and loves to visit different gyms when we travel. Into him to the Legion Iron Gym. He loved it. It was a true old school gym with Olympic brand free weights and Ohio bars. It's been a little over 30 yrs since I was a gym rat but that was the good stuff back then. He was impressed. The gym gave him a visitor pass since we were in town for an archery tournament. He loved it. Even wanted a shirt which they are going to send him one in his size. Great place and I appreciate that they were open to a 19yo working out with them.“
“As a gym junkie, I can state with authority that I know the fitness scene in Albuquerque, and this Spenga place is legit. Over the past decade, I've graciously bled pools of sweat in gyms all over this metro, from CrossFit barns to bootcamp-style conditioning, most recently completing about 18 months at Orangetheory, where I sustained several minor and debilitating injuries. I gave it my all, spent a pretty penny on physical therapy, and finally decided to ditch the treadmill for spin classes. But Spenga's much more than a spin scene. You do 20 minutes on a bike, 20 more on the floor (free weights, kettlebell, TRX, BOSU), and 20 minutes of yoga. Originally, I definitely had reservations, but now that I'm about two months in, I can emphatically state the following: * I burn 700-900 calories per class * The yoga is super good for me * The music's pretty good (better than OTF) * It's more affordable than OTF * The instructors are polished and personable * The facility is spacious and clean * I'm injury free From a community standpoint, this place is more of a drop-in-get-it-done-and-leave kinda situation, which is great with me, but if you're more motivated by a gym full of besties, look elsewhere. I'll note they could get better at correcting form, and I would appreciate more class options, but I've never lost a penny from a late cancellation (there's no need to reserve ahead of time) and I could be wrong, but I think I'm actually seeing the results of these workouts. My wife warned me not to pen this review; she wants to keep the place to herself. Sorry, Laura, now everybody knows.“
“I have practiced yoga for nearly 40 years (which placed me at an age far above the students in the class.) However - everyone was incredibly inclusive. The studio is spacious, clean, basically fabulous with everything you could ever need to be successful in your practice. My class was amazing and the playlist knocked me out! They even threw in the Stone’s Moonlit Mile - that was a first for me in any class. I wish I lived in ABQ and could go here - glad that it is an awesome spot for two of my favorite UNM MD students to unwind and “not think” for an hour a few times a week!“
“My daughter was seen here and was taken care of so fast , Katie was amazing talking to my child and making her comfortable in a new doc office … she did it with ease n grace! I’m grateful for the care !“
“Great place to get a physical etc almost no wait time . The staff was awesome. Really nice friendly . .“
“I love the ethos of this training center. Lots of focus on technique and supportive competition rather than appearances and pettiness. My kid has had a wonderful experience with all the trainers and support staff.“
“Love this place. You just need to find the right instructor for you but they are all great! I love getting a good sweat in, it's relaxing yet challenging!“
“Angel gave me one of the best facials I've had. She's professional and very knowledgeable about skin and all the options available to improve your appearance. My skin felt and looked great afterward. I highly recommend her!!!“
“This was exactly what I needed today. In the middle of crying and packing to move, my best friend calls me up and says "meet me at Remedy in three hours" (not the ideal time) but self care is important when stressed. ;) Oh boy , did I love this and may be hooked. I highly recommend this spa and the people are super friendly as well. It was clean, quiet (we did the private soak), there is drinking water, hot teas, and a serene relaxation lounge. The smell of the blooming plants right now is out of this world awesome. Also, there is a public soak as well available. You get a locker for your stuff, they provide flip flops, a robe and a towel. All clean fresh and peaceful. It was a much needed break in my week. Go check it out. If you went alone you could read and relax it's quiet.“
“Good people and Dr Swedberg knows what he's doing. Been to a few chiropractors and he is great, very gentle compared to others“
