“Very pleased with the work Santizo did for us that included adding new hardwoods, refinishing existing hardwoods, installing new banisters and railings, adding hardwood steps, installing pre-finished floors and painting. The job was done on time, they followed up continually throughout the two week process to ensure we were satisfied and came back several times as we discovered little things we wanted address. We also hired them to move all the furniture in our house and not a single item was mishandled. This was a large and expensive project for us and I could not have been happier with the results. Highly recommend and encourage you to have them visit before selecting a vendor.“

“Kimi's was seriously awesome from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We got LVP throughout the home, except carpet in the bedrooms. Quality materials so far for each, with reasonable prices.TLDR; quality materials, excellent customer service and communication, and efficient timeline.The best part was their communication throughout. They explained in their store/showroom what was available, the sales, etc. clearly. Once we decided to move forward with them, they came to measure almost immediately. They talked through questions we had about transitions, some light subfloor evening, and pricing. The day of install when they were doing light remedying of subfloor, they found we had weird flooring in the kitchen from previous owners. They took the time to have a manager come confirm what it was, then communicate well and offered a couple of options.Throughout the process, we spoke to probably 5-6 people (store sales, scheduling, measuring, installer, warehouse manager), and each was knew their stuff, their role, and were kind/courteous/helpful.We were lucky enough for them to schedule a week after we agreed to work with them. They were able to complete the full house in one day, including an "inspection" with us at the end.Top notch experience and we will certainly use them for any need in the future.“

They helped us choose which flooring we wanted, which vanity we wanted and needed for the space. They gave us a timetable on when to expect the project completion and everything went great. “So nothing to do with carpet or flooring but just amazing customer service! My tire blew out right at their place, so I turned in to the 1st driveway I saw which was Contract Carpet and 2 young men came running out to see if me and my 2 grandchildren were ok! They offered right away to change my tire which obviously they didn't have to do! Wow, there are amazingly good hearted people still left in the world!! It was 93 degrees and so hot but they did it anyway! There was also 2 very sweet women running the store inside too that were trying hard to entertain the kids while all this was going on. If I had to break down, couldn't have done it at a better place! If this is any indication of how they treat their customers, then you can't lose by giving them your business! “We had a great experience with Janar and his team at Green Step from start to finish. About half of our first floor was tiled, with the rest being hardwood. We had multiple companies come to give estimates to remove the tile, replace with hardwood, and refinish/stain all of the hardwood together. Janar was the only one that noticed there were actually existing hardwoods under the tile, and offered to check to see if they could be salvaged before we decide how to proceed. By using the existing hardwood floors under the tile, we were able to save over 50% cost on the project. Green Step was truly trying to find the best solution for us, and we really appreciated that.During the planning phase, we changed our mind a few times on what we wanted to do, and Green Step was patient and accommodating-- Janar quickly came back out to our house for another discussion and estimate.The work was completed according the schedule mapped out by Green Step from the beginning, and we are extremely happy with the quality of the work. They promptly responded to any questions we had, the team was courteous and accommodating to our requests, and they left our house very clean upon the completion of the project.
