Kimi's was seriously awesome from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We got LVP throughout the home, except carpet in the bedrooms. Quality materials so far for each, with reasonable prices.TLDR; quality materials, excellent customer service and communication, and efficient timeline.The best part was their communication throughout. They explained in their store/showroom what was available, the sales, etc. clearly. Once we decided to move forward with them, they came to measure almost immediately. What a great experience! We had carpet replaced and wood floor covered with LVP to unify our downstairs and carpet stretched upstairs. All but the bathrooms and kitchen tile...and their crew was done in a day! They moved furniture and were so professional. From selection to follow-up after install, what a wonderful business to work with!

Kimi's Carpet Plus did an excellent job on our carpet replacement. Special note: Pedro's team handled the install of carpet. They were very efficient, hard working, and motivated to get the job done.
