Very pleased with the work Santizo did for us that included adding new hardwoods, refinishing existing hardwoods, installing new banisters and railings, adding hardwood steps, installing pre-finished floors and painting. The job was done on time, they followed up continually throughout the two week process to ensure we were satisfied and came back several times as we discovered little things we wanted address. We also hired them to move all the furniture in our house and not a single item was mishandled. This was a large and expensive project for us and I could not have been happier with the results. Zaudiel and his team did an outstanding job replacing the steps and landings of our staircase. They removed the old steps, reinforced the entire staircase, the posts and railings, installed new hardwood steps and landings, sanded and applied several coats of polyurethane. They’ve completed the job ahead of schedule, with unparalleled professionalism and quality. We highly recommend Santizo Hardwood Flooring!

Santizo Flooring refinished over 750 sq ft. hardwood flooring in my house in 2 days. The results were amazing, much better than I expected. They were easy to work with, made excellent repairs and left a clean work site. I highly recommend Santizo Flooring for any hardwood flooring work.
