“Very pleased with the work Santizo did for us that included adding new hardwoods, refinishing existing hardwoods, installing new banisters and railings, adding hardwood steps, installing pre-finished floors and painting. The job was done on time, they followed up continually throughout the two week process to ensure we were satisfied and came back several times as we discovered little things we wanted address. We also hired them to move all the furniture in our house and not a single item was mishandled. This was a large and expensive project for us and I could not have been happier with the results. Highly recommend and encourage you to have them visit before selecting a vendor.“

He also was really the most knowledgeable about how carpet breathes and ages when we were worried about hvac / filtration issues in replacing our super old carpet. His installers are also top notch and professional, he's been working with them for years. Definitely recommend.“

“We had a great experience with Janar and his team at Green Step from start to finish. About half of our first floor was tiled, with the rest being hardwood. We had multiple companies come to give estimates to remove the tile, replace with hardwood, and refinish/stain all of the hardwood together. Janar was the only one that noticed there were actually existing hardwoods under the tile, and offered to check to see if they could be salvaged before we decide how to proceed. By using the existing hardwood floors under the tile, we were able to save over 50% cost on the project. Green Step was truly trying to find the best solution for us, and we really appreciated that.During the planning phase, we changed our mind a few times on what we wanted to do, and Green Step was patient and accommodating-- Janar quickly came back out to our house for another discussion and estimate.The work was completed according the schedule mapped out by Green Step from the beginning, and we are extremely happy with the quality of the work. They promptly responded to any questions we had, the team was courteous and accommodating to our requests, and they left our house very clean upon the completion of the project.
