We had a great experience with Janar and his team at Green Step from start to finish. About half of our first floor was tiled, with the rest being hardwood. We had multiple companies come to give estimates to remove the tile, replace with hardwood, and refinish/stain all of the hardwood together. Janar was the only one that noticed there were actually existing hardwoods under the tile, and offered to check to see if they could be salvaged before we decide how to proceed. By using the existing hardwood floors under the tile, we were able to save over 50% cost on the project. Green Step has just wrapped up a 4,000 SF project in our home--half refinishing/half new install. All white oak select. Pricing was appropriate, planning was efficient, timelines were adhered to. Both the refinished and new flooring areas look exactly as expected. The crew was courteous and skilled. Finally, the coating process they use is the best available...as a "no shoes" home, we may possibly never need to refinish again. Thanks Janar!

Need thorough quality control, the final coating of the floors was half shiny when we asked for matte - they should have paid for us to stay at the hotel an extra night instead of breathing in the fumes... Our fault for not asking.Everything looks great afterwards. Would use them again.Service: Installation
