I had a '50 year' a floor install that was defective, 2 years in.The floor was lifting, snapping and I had holes in the room. We had problems with an inept crew on the day of install and a manager had to come to our house. It was ok for a little bit but now the problems are showing up. I was assigned a case manager and it has been like pulling teeth. FINALLY, I was assigned to Joel and his crew from Veliz Construction. When they were able to schedule they laid new plank where it was required, in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks to them our floor now looks good as new. Thank you Joel and team. I never felt more welcomed into a retail store, than I have at LL Flooring. John and the team went way beyond than I expected. John took over an hour showing me various options of floor to choose from and the benefits to each. I did take home some samples to show my family, and will make a decision soon. Thanks again.

Tom the manager of the Morrisville branch of Lumber Liquidators was amazing. He assisted us in making a decision, no pressure just information on each product. He was so kind and helpful and we were very indecisive. When we found out we hadn’t ordered enough flooring he went above and beyond to get the additional flooring for us in a fast manner.
