Alan Mangum is the nicest guy and really I shopped around for carpets and hardwood, he is competitively priced. He also was really the most knowledgeable about how carpet breathes and ages when we were worried about hvac / filtration issues in replacing our super old carpet. His installers are also top notch and professional, he's been working with them for years. Definitely recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable - while they couldn't find the 'unicorn' of flooring I was hoping for they provided some alternative retail options to consider.I would absolutely include them in your flooring search!

Mangum's went above and beyond when we purchased carpet for our bedrooms and stairway. The carpet was on unexpected back-order and they went out of their way to find something to replace it in a timely manner. Installation was superb. We are very happy and highly recommend them!
