Hector and his team do excellent work. They took the time to explain the process and stuck to their schedule. They protected our cabinets to minimize dust and were able to seamlessly weave in new flooring to the existing floors. Our floors and stairs turned out beautiful and we are very happy. I highly recommend Quality Hardwood Flooring.

*Amendment: Shortly after posting the review below, Hector contacted us and came by to ensure we were happy with the final job and took initiative to ensure any damages were fixed. He deeply cares about the quality of work associated with his business. We would recommend him to anyone needing flooring work done.The workers did a good job, but there were a couple of things that needed to be pointed out and fixed. This was our first time refinishing our hardwoods, so it’s possible that minor scrapes and damages to trim and walls are to be expected, but we were surprised by that. Hector was prompt with communication and schedule/deadline was honored.

Hector did a great job removing wall to wall carpeting, leveling floors, and then installing LVP as well as hardwood staircases throughout my home. All was done on a very tight timeline before I moved in. He worked late hours to try to meet my deadline, and definitely prides himself on making his clients happy. I had last minute demo requests and he brought in the necessary people to make this happen.
