These guys are absolutely amazing! I own a food truck and my faucet was leaking. They spent about 20 minutes with me researching parts and looking at the faucet itself. They were able to fix the leak without even selling me a part. It was 100% apparent that customer service is their #1 goal. I can't recommend them enough.

They got the job done in less than 7 work days which included a day of tearing down and removal of our old deck and a day of digging holes and permit approvals. It looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. Our old deck was over 30 years and had to be replaced as it wasn’t really safe anymore. (Not to mention not up to code. ?) Unfortunately, we could only afford a pressure treated wood deck at this time but I can only imagine what their expertise could do with a maintenance free one. I just moved to Maryland and had to find a new stylist. After trying other salons and being sorely disappointed, I gave Bladerunner a shot. Oh my goodness it was amazing! Autumn REALLY listened to me and understood the issues I have with curly red hair. She completely put me at ease, gave great advice and did exactly what I was hoping for! It was obvious that she loves what she does and enjoys making people feel good. Her attention to detail and knowledge on color is why she’s my new person! I only started tanning a year ago for a wedding and chose to check out HT. I signed up for the membership because I planned on going multiple times per week over a couple of months and then could pause it the rest of the year, pay a $5 maintenance fee, then apply that when I re-start.
One thing I want to make very clear to others after reading reviews, they DO NOT pressure you into Anything. They will explain charges, give you prices and options and answer any questions you have. I have waited 15 minutes while staff have been signing someone up because they are that thorough in both explaining it and answering questions. If you do not ask, or you pay for things without questioning the total, which they both Tell you and are On the Screen, that’s a you problem. They could not do more to be transparent. If you don’t ask how much something is, it’s not on them to decide you are concerned about the price. Just like at a hair salon, you pay more there and you’re paying for professional products.
There are signs Everywhere warning you that you cannot use outside products due to them damaging the acrylic. I’m not sure why the shock and disgust from others. They have plenty of disclaimers before you purchase a membership or even pay for a session that says this is not allowed for this reason. If that is a problem for you, don’t go there. Yes they can up-charge the lotion, but this is a business and it’s not their responsibility to make it affordable for you.
I only use the diamond beds so I do occasionally have to wait. It would be great if they could add a fourth. The only time that their wait time quotes have been wrong have been due to customers going into the rooms and not being thoughtful of others, taking long amounts of time to get in or get dressed can easily add up to another ten minutes. If you have several customers in a row that do this, it can cause a huge back up.
The staff are so kind and helpful. I’ve had super stupid moments trying to figure out the beds and they have all been nothing but friendly and supportive.
Bottom line, if you’re a rational, reasonable, kind, human being you will have a good experience. If you are only willing to use the diamond beds, like myself, you may have a wait some times. Usually it’s not more than one or at most two customers ahead. Liz, Emma and Rachel will take care of you any way they can.
I’ve come to this salon a few times over the years, and they never disappoint. All of their nail techs are always very kind and helpful when deciding on designs, and they always try their best to make any of your ideas work. This visit, Lily helped me pull off this beachy jewel tone acrylic set design, she was very patient and kind helping me through the process of choosing which colors I liked, letting me choose the placements of the gold flakes/charms, and patiently worked with me whenever I wanted to change something. I was so excited I took pictures immediately on my way out, I will definitely keep coming here in the future! :)

Erin is just what I was looking for! After over 15 years with the same stylist, she retired, and starting over was a challenge. I wanted to support local and find someone whose hours worked better with my schedule. I'm off work Sunday and Monday, and most salons are closed on these days. I have long straight hair with layers, and I like very subtle color- only to help ease in the gray streaks and look healthy.Erin has availability on Mondays! She is down to earth and easy to talk to, but if I just zone out in the chair she's perfectly OK with that, too. She listened to what I wanted and was on board and genuinely excited I was embracing the gray! She did a great cut, shaped it well and left it looking healthy, and the color was amazing- partial peekaboo highlights, small streaks, and a glaze. I wanted it to look as natural as possible and she did exactly that, I couldn't be happier.The salon itself is pretty comfortable, not much of a waiting area but then I didn't have to wait at all. If you can get street parking out front great, if not there is a parking garage in the back. Bring your loose change for the parking meters, they take quarters dimes and nickels.What a relief to find Erin, she made this transition so easy and I look forward to future visits!

It's an unorthodox setup, but that doesn't matter to me! In fact, it's kinda cozy in a way. I have very fine hair (and a lot of it!), but that doesn't stop their hairdressers from being able to make my mop look good unlike other places I've been where they accidentally cut my hair diagonally or miss a bunch. Staff is very nice and understanding as well. Every time I've come out of here after a haircut, I've felt pretty good about it and received compliments. Definitely recommend!

A few days before July 4, 2022, we experienced an extremely slow draining sink. After disassembling and cleaning out everything I could reach, the situation only improved slightly.Since I had used Doug Pittenger and his father to complete a prior plumbing job, I called them again for assistance. Doug returned my call almost immediately and as promised, showed up at my house the next day to correct the problem.He had to snake the pipe lwith a power cleaner. Now everything is open and flowing freely again. Thank you Doug for a job quickly completed and well done.

Mr. Scott knew what part was needed, ordered it and replaced the faulty part quickly. Called Scott & Son late Monday and they had the washer running early Wednesday of the same week! We've used Clean Sweep twice for water related issues. Their customer service is incredible which makes a frustrating experience otherwise painless. We most recently worked with Rob and his team who were extremely communicative and flexible. It was super easy to have the team out to look at the space and give a quote - and they were able to start work immediately! Rob always texted when they were en route and there was never any wondering or waiting around. The team back in the office was also extremely helpful, making the paperwork and payment process simple.

Triple J contracting did an absolutely fabulous job replacing our bathtub with a new tiled shower. You can see the great attention to detail in the result! They made great suggestions and made sure we were happy. We were amazed at how neat they were, cleaning everything every night before they left and making sure nothing was tracked into the house. Jerry and Joe were so pleasant to have around and went above and beyond at every turn (they even carried my groceries into the house for me!). They get the highest recommendation from us!

We called a couple of places when we discovered a large and hard to get to yellow jacket colony in our siding. He made sure he cold stop by to look later that same day. He returned the following morning with he specialized equipment needed, and got rid of the colony for us.

Recently had a crown procedure due to an emergency situation. Dr. Kisicki saw me promptly. Had difficulty with the temporary so had to return two more times. I'm surprised by some of the reviews I'm reading here because everyone in the front office was polite and friendly and Dr. Kisicki has always been friendly, respectful, and highly competent.
Personnel was kind and efficient. My dentist was receptive and made me feel better about my dental situation. As with all offices, things take time and I’m super inpatient, so waiting was what made me give 4 stars instead of 5
The staff was very polite and helpful, the doctor was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, highly recommend them.

Stumbled upon this eclectic little place today thanks to Yelp. I had the Reuben panini- it was good, but not sure if I'd get it again! I enjoyed the decor and vibe of the cafe- very hippie and free spirited.
Dr Jack is very intelligent & knows what he’s doing. He kept me walking for 12 years before I finally had my back surgery. They are the best !!
I just want to say that Puritz Chiropractic Center is top notch in every way. From Dr. Puritz's broad knowledge, great skill, kindness and experience, to every member of his exceptional staff, you could not ask for a better place. The treatment I've received for some complicated issues has been extremely helpful and encouraging. I've met many people who have a lot of hesitation when chiropractic treatment is recommended. Yet, I, and so many others, have found this practice to be their best path for relieving all kinds of pain, and this, after trying many other options. I give Puritz Chiropractic Center the highest rating possible.

I’m never disappointed in Dr. Wiles care.He does fantastic work, is very knowledgeable and easy to get along with, some of my horses are very high spirted/spooky and he has always been very calm and professional when handling them.I have used his services for vaccines, dental work, and gelding surgery.Highly recommend!

Dr Desi KNOWS HER STUFF! And you can tell she's passionate and really cares about helping you make your animal the healthiest they can be. She's the best rabbit vet I've ever had, and I highly recommend her and this practice to anyone

I was having a tendon issue in my right foot. With the therapy I received at Med Star and the exercises I was given to do at home, my foot is 100% better. Lindsay, Meg, Mark and the techs all called me by name and worked with me the entire time I was there. I would recommend Med Star to everyone that needs PT.
My wife used Restore Therapy Spa for a 3-month wellness program that was tailored to her individually. It include wellness coaching, diet suggestions, cryo therapy, sauna, and some different shots and IV's. I went here for a cryo session myself. their staff is very pleasant and their equipment is cutting edge. This is the kind of place to turn to when you wellness journey needs a kick start.
I was involved in a motorcycle crash which required a major orthopedic surgery to my leg. Thanks to everyone at Active Physical Therapy I have progressed far past what I expect in such a short time. The staff is passionate about what they do, are very knowledgeable, and genuinely care about you and your wellbeing. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I was sent to Pivot after almost dying in a car wreck, and they treated me like family. Each visit felt like going to a friends house, yet I also got such phenomenal care and healing that worked for my body & my progress. I will be grateful to the team here forever.
This was my first experience with PT and I am so thankful it was here. Cheyenne makes you feel welcomed as soon as you come in. I worked with Alyssa and Lori personally, both who were so supportive and helpful in my healing journey. But EVERY person at this location is so kind and friendly. It's been several years since I was here, but the service and support is excellent. Compassionate therapists who helped me recover from a head-on collision when a kid lost control of his vehicle and hit us. It can be triggering to talk about, so I hadn't left a review in years. Looking back, I am very grateful for the physical therapy provided here for many, many months of recovery.
Dale is an outstanding therapist. I broke my left wrist backwards and after 5 surgeries later and working with him a year and a half I am now able to use my hand and move my wrist. more and more every day. I also have a severe back chronic pain and Dale will alternate and work on my back till I feel I am able to get my motion back and am able to function again. I recommend this physical therapy above any other.
Therapist are focused, compassionate and skilled. They listen and take notes! Their goals are your goals. I have been thru a nasty complicated hip replacement for 6 months at 64 years young. Incision tearing, infection for months, tissue & nerve pain while having a second hip that also needs replacement! Going from throwing 40 lb bags over my shoulder to just trying to walk a normal stride after 6 months of no muscle strength is life changing mentally and physically! These therapist will dedicate your sessions to rebuild yourself!
It's hard to find a doctor that's not only good, but has a good bedside manner. Doctor Phu has been helping me for about 8 years now and has helped me with several issues. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to me, which I really appreciate. I feel like he genuinely cares about my health, rather than the most profitable option.
