Only roofing company that went up on roof, up in the attic and tarped damaged areas of roof. Gave a full and complete details on what needed to be done with plenty of pictures to show. I considered trying Rapha Holistic Wellness for yoga for a long time. I was afraid however that I would feel out of place at a real "Yoga Studio". I've practiced yoga for years in different venues....in someone's barn, at various gyms, but never at a "real" studio. Fast forward....my sister referred me to Missy for massage. I went and can report she's fabulous. words cannot express how my horribly tight shoulders and neck feel when I leave a massage. I met Missy and she's so down to earth that I thought I would give yoga a try. OMG!!!!!! THE BEST YOGA CLASSES I'VE EVER TAKEN. Every class is different, every instructor is different, but all are grounded, spiritual, and so welcoming. Please give it a try so good for the body and soul.
