I considered trying Rapha Holistic Wellness for yoga for a long time. I was afraid however that I would feel out of place at a real "Yoga Studio". I've practiced yoga for years in different venues....in someone's barn, at various gyms, but never at a "real" studio. Fast forward....my sister referred me to Missy for massage. I went and can report she's fabulous. words cannot express how my horribly tight shoulders and neck feel when I leave a massage. Missy is amazing! I have been going to her for a little less than a year for neck, shoulders and back discomfort. It is the one appointment I never miss!She has helped tremendously.

Just had my first professional massage and I don’t know what took me so long! I have spine and back pain and have had spine surgery and need more but the relief I got from my massage with Missy was fantastic! She really is helpful in getting to pain spots in muscles you didn’t even know were there! Ten minutes in and I was already ready to book my second appointment! She is very knowledgeable and professional and explains everything to help you understand. Not healed yet but feeling so much better than I did before I saw Missy! Thanks!!!
